    On February 21, 2022, I signed a document authorizing my tax preparer to debit $337.78 for Tax Preparation for 2020 filing year and another $337.78 for Tax Preparation for 2021 filing year totaling $675.55, from my 2021 Tax Returns.As of January 1st 2023, the services I hired this company for has not be delivered. They took their money upfront and NEVER FILED THE 2020 TAX RETURN.This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They hold no responsibility when their employees/1099 contractors scam consumers.

    The signed **** proves the tax return has been signed and transmitted to the ***** Clients can check status of returns by calling the ****GOV, or go online to see their status. Once submitted to the **** no tax company is responsible for the actions or delays of the **** Client has not called or contact the office to assist is finding her status.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The return in question has not been filed. I have searched the *** website and did when I filed the complaint. Im working with another tax agency to file this return.

    I paid for two taxes returns to be filed; 2020 and 2021. Only 2021 was filed by this company.

    The only acceptable resolution is to refund me the money I paid for the services that were not rendered.

    Attached is the *** receipt stating that the return in question hadnt been filed since we began this exchange.
