Zero stars should be an option. The worst experience I have ever had with an appliance company. The order was to come out and test the heating elements to either rule out or rule in that the heating element was bad or going bad. This was over and above the bad mother board, oven seal and temperature sensor. Our oven does not heat to the right temperature, the back of the oven doesn't cook food fully and the lower portion does not heat food at all. Vytenis flat out refused to test the heating element outside of turning it on and seeing it turn red and feeling the bottom oven to see if it was warm. "There is no way what you are saying is true. There is no point in testing the heating element if I am replacing the mother board, you just want a free oven". That's not what we wanted, we wanted to rule in or rule out that the element is fully functioning or not fully functioning. This is a home warranty claim. Vytenis stood in our kitchen and raised his voice at me and my husband. We offered to let him bake something in our oven to replicate what is happening and he disregarded us. I cannot believe that he came out to test the heating element and then completely refused, essentially said we are liars about our oven not working right and accused us of wanting a free oven. There is nothing free about purchasing a home warranty, paying monthly for 3 years, submitting a claim and then being accused of wanting a free oven. We just want to confirm if our heating element in our oven is bad. He was a contractor for the warranty company we use.

This is complete joke. Customer was having problems with previous company for months. Home warranty send us after theirs fighting between warranty and previous contractor. As soon I enter house their show disrespect calling Russians and their was stating I was that previous contractor but after checking record we never service this customer before. Customer was asking to check bake element but have no single understanding how to do that, after 15 years in appliance business I can do different way to check instead of pulling oven from the wall and waiting time, but no they think know better lol. I do not teach you how to do your business and please do not teach me. If you have disappointments of service you should complain to other company who made you wait on parts for half year not NVR Services LLC. And was no any voice rise, its complete lies. We was ready order correct parts to fix but their just believe in broken element which is not broken. This complain should be immediately removed because is incorrect. customer should do to previous company not us.

I stand by our comments. We had another company come out and diagnose the problem which you did not. The parts have been ordered.

Yeah right. I see records the company ordered exactly parts that We was planned to order but you won't listen. It's ok sometimes we have bad mornings. I'm just upset that you review companies that really did nothing wrong, it's just you don't have any technical experience but think you know everything.
