      Any future dealers I would stay far away from this business, so I had been working a bulk deal with car financial and another bank due to car financial holding some of my bhph accounts. This had been going on for about a month and half or so, we get to the very end of the deal. Car financial send me a contract I sign it and they sign it then moments later they telling me that there was an error on the contract. Then when asked to verify the error they cant explain why they are wanting 11k more. Then one of the **** calls me and tells me some BS about just have this bank buy all the deals since they want to buy them. So far financial already had premeditated intentions to BS at the very end of this deal to attempt to get more money. Waste of time this place if you do business with them run by a lawyer first it will save you the headache!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      not one single payment has ever been made to CAR financial. The contract I received was signed and set up with ****** auto sales. I have not given permission for CAR to use my credit and there is no legal contract that bings me to them. This is illegal under FCRA Laws.

      Also, the payment history reflecting in my credit does not match my payments made in the vehicle. Not only is this an unauthorized account on my credit report but the reporting information is incorrect.

      please remove from my credit immediately.

      These accounts are related to a transaction and experience that falls under the EXCLUSION section of the FCRAs definitions; rules of construction section. It was also reported without my written consent and therefore is a result of identity theft (as defined by the ************************** and the accounts SHALL be deleted. This account is not related to any transaction authorized by me, the consumer as I did not give written instructions to your agency to report this, which is a violation of the permissible purpose section of the ***** which holds your agency liable for damages of at least $1,000 per the civil liability section for willful non-compliance.       I am filing this complaint because I believe this company is not treating me right. I bought a car from ************ in **************** and I am financing the car through CAR financial services. Both disco motors and CAR financial services has given me the run around about why my car loan isnt being reported to any credit agencies. I have emailed and called them and they tell me that if I want it to show on my credit report I have to get my bank to buy the LOAN from CAR financial services and refinance through my bank. Or I can default on the loan and then they will report it to all credit agencies. I do not understand why they wont report my loan. I am building my credit and I have not missed a payment and I think they are hiding something from me because I dont understand why they wouldnt report my car loan unless I default on the loan. I really just want them to report the loan that Im paying on so I can continue to build my credit. Why should I have to get my bank or another loan company to purchase my loan just to refinance a car Im currently paying for? And why should I be forced to default just so I can have it show. I was gonna default on the last payment and have them report it and then pay it off when I see it on my credit report but I should not be forced to do these things.

      2/12/2024 On February 11 I tried to make a payment to my financial company that is leasing my car when I did so an error message appeared saying my account was an active and to call customer service. I have called customer service multiple times and have gotten no answer to resolve this problem. so instead, I called the dealership where I purchased my car and they had informed me that my account was an active because they assumed I was a different person which is completely unacceptable and not professional on their end. just because we have the same last name me and this person do not share the same social first name or even the type of car we drive. I have called and emailed this company and I still have gotten no response or even a call back on why this happened. I also was not given a formal written notice that my account was an active or even suspended nor was I contacted by email or phone number. so I have no way of paying my car note and now the dealership is requesting I paid them by cash app. This is not the first time I had an unprofessional relation with this company. The employees are very rude and they never answer the phones.
