      They don't help you! I tried to call multiple number to try to get help with getting a new *** in my time zone and all I got was a run a round with no help at all. Everyone that I spoke to acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Their motto is they want you to succeed in the company but they act like they don't want to help you get there. So I cancel everything cause the way I was treated by the customer service ***s that are supposed to help you succeed. Now I'm not able to go back to them for 9 months cause I canceled everything with them. This was a waste of my time doing to try to better my life with having ** and not able to find a job.

      I have been trying to rollover my *** to a different company, everyone I get on the phone gives me a different answer. They definitely do not make it easy to get your funds transferred. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Terrible experience.

      Primerica and **** **** are the worst. I am one month in and I sriol do not hav access to my account. Excuse after excuseThe process is stupid. Makes no sense. Confirm your identify with a letter pin? I confirmed myself verbally online then mailed a letter. Stupid!!! My advisor is great but the primerica process blows and opens itself to fraud. Confirm your identify with AI? What about AI voice duplication!! Stupid!! The process and the IT department ****. I could have opened an account with literally anyone else on my phone. Ive called in six times. I was promised retuned calls and never received a call. I cannot log in, I cannot request a new pin. No can give me an answer because their superiors are never available because they like **** are taking residuals. They took fees from me, currently holding my money but do not give me access even though I can provide all details. Complete shit!

      I cancelled this life insurance in January 2025 but Primerica charged me $223.74 in Feb and March.I asked Primerica to pay me back.

      They took my insurance after more than 10 years paying them just because my hc1 went up like that's normal like I can bring it down very ridiculously my health is great diabetes go up n down

      My husband and I had life insurance policies for years. When my husband turned 64 they tripled our policy premium which we could not afford. When we decided to downsize and only go with my husbands policy, even though he has absolutely no medical issues, they took money but then denied him because he travels once a year to visit his family out of the country. Thats a ridiculous reason. I would not recommend this company.

      Primerica have just scam me. if you make me sign paperwork for a new agent due to me moving to another state and stil send my paperwork to my old agent who never contact. me To tell I lost all my money I been putting in to my policy since 2004. You tell me if that make senses. No star
