We ordered from this merchant because they had the specific color of the item on hand. The item came over a month and a half late. It was the wrong color. It took 2 months for them to acknowledge the issue. In addition to the wrong color, the item did not work as described. The massage chair would not change intensity level, as manual and specs show that it should. I have Stage 4 cancer and my body cannot take the high level of intensity, it is literally very painful. I went through their troubleshooting and tech support departments. They eventually said the item cannot perform the actions as it is supposed to. They agreed to refund last December. Yet, since then, they have ignored my calls and emails. The chair was very late. The chair was the wrong color (could have gotten this color somewhere else for a lot cheaper and instant delivery). The chair does not work as it is supposed and causes pain. SleepGalleria was made aware of this on numerous occasions. They continue to ignore me and now block my emails. We were trying to be reasonable and not ask for a full refund, as they will not come pick up the item. So we have asked for half of the cost to be refunded. That request was not unreasonable considering they were very late, sent wrong item, and sent an item that does not work properly.Initial Complaint

On September 25, 2023, I purchased a king-sized mattress totaling $2,335.29. I never received the mattress as the company filed for bankruptcy on October 23, 2023. I have tried to file a chargeback with my credit card company, but they were unable to do a chargeback because it was outside of the dispute window. I have tried multiple times in 2024 to reach out to Sleep Galleria to request my mattress or my money back. Every call says the number is out of service and every email gets bounced back saying the domain is no longer active. Just looking for a full refund of my money since I never received the product.Initial Complaint

I purchased a chair from Sleep Galleria on 09/03/2023 for $4,439.80 at their store at *****************************************************************************************. The chair was never delivered and there was no communication from the store, which appears to have closed. On 2/22/2024, I purchased a Massage Chair for over $7k with an expected delivery date on 3/8/2024. After the delivery date passed, I started calling, emailing and sending chat messages. I finally got an email on 3/15/2024 apologizing for the delay and that I will receive an email within the next week with delivery information. For my trouble they will give me a free Hand Massager. I started calling and emailing them again on 4/29/2024, my emails were returned with Failure Notice and no matter what time I called, its outside of their business hours. We purchased a full size mattress on March 3, 2024. We paid $1,116.47. We were originally told delivery would be 5 to 14 business days, which was fine. We never received any communication from the company regarding scheduling delivery in the following weeks. We called corporate a few times but only received run-around about how the mattress is "made-to-order" or is "in transit" and should be available soon. I was told to call back each time. At the beginning of April the corporate office no longer answered, and each call was answered by a auto voice which advised the call was outside business hours, then providing the business hours, and the call was definitely not outside business hours. I called a local store as well and was first told they would look into the issue and call me back. I never heard back. I called a different local store and was advised the company was going through a merger and many employees had been laid off. They offered a queen size mattress instead of the full but we advised unfortunately we could not fit a queen in the space. The store advised to call back in 3 to 4 weeks when the merger would be complete. I called back today and no answer from corporate. Each of the local show as "permanently closed" on ****** and there's no answer if called. I have also attempted emailing support at least 3 times but have received no response. We've already paid them the money and now they go radio silent, it seems like they took the money and ran. We would like either the mattress we ordered (or similar) or a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased two mattresses and a box spring from this business. Not all of my order was delivered. I tried to return the items that I did receive so that I could have a full refund. This would include the items that I received, as well as items that were never delivered. The business told me that I was not able to return anything because they were going through a period of bankruptcy. No information related to the health of the business was shared at purchase. My attempts to return the items were within the company policy timeline for such transactions. I have written confirmation that once they emerge from bankruptcy that I would have my transaction reviewed and I could process the return. I purchased a massage chair on February 13th and I still have not received the product. I emailed their customer support several times without any email response. I also called the number on there website and says ** calling during non business hours which Im not - tried several times during business hours to no avail. I was able to connect with their online customer support on March 15th, and I was informed that I should expect a tracking information within the next week, early the following at the latest, but have not received any.
