    On 9/1/2022 @ 10:45 am, i visited ** Duluth gas station, located at **** Duluth Highway HWY, Duluth, ** 30097.Paid for the gas with my credit card, and pumped the gas. The gas pump exhibited that gas was being pumped in my vehicle. When the pump stopped I noticed my car needle didn't indicate sign, additional gas was injected in my vehicle. As a result, I went to the person who operates the gas station, made a complaint; plus requested to have a refund. To my dismay, he got irate. He told me to call the cops. So I did. When the cops arrived they adviced me to file a civil claim for my refund. The gas station attendee, who I believe is also the owner, also called the cops too. The officer who showed up after the officers I called, appears to personally know this gas station owner.This cop asked no questions, instead immediately sided with the ** Duluth gas owner. I wish he'd heard my side of the story. He didn't. Instead, wrote me an Order of Protection. I am stunned. An order of protection for my patronage, to a business entity. Which is open for business to the general public and population.Please be aware of these gas stations. Namely ** Duluth located at the address, including in this review.With economic crisis today, that placed a dent in my strict financial budget.Apparently, I'm not the first person this has happened to and won't be the last. This gas station is a trap. It steals from customers. When customers complain, the owner call acquainted lawmen, who writes Order of Protection against customers, those who asks for refund; after gas pump, pumps air in their vehicles, instead of gas. Be on the look out. Be careful, and stay away from this ** Duluth located. If you "Don't" what happened to me, might happen to you.
