Purchased Maytronics product Dolphin T35 pool cleaner June 23rd 2021 for 975.38. Submitted at that time for the 25.00 rebate. To date I have no refund. Spoke to their representatives all recorded stating refund should have been received, last conversation stated I wont get it till February 2022.Business response

I bought the Dolphin robot via Poolbots. The robot worked for less than 60 days. I contacted Poolbots and they aid that after 30 days, I have to call Maytronics directly. I contacted Maytronics and personally dropped off the robot for repair in Duluth, GA. That was 3 months ago. I have not heard anything beyond the conversation via e-mail (attached).Business response

I Purchased a Dolphin Nautilus cc plus for $799.00 in sept, 2020. In august, 2021 only 11 months after purchase the drive motor failed and is defective. I then contacted Maytronics where they sent me via email a warranty repair invoice with a repair shop Name and address in my area to take it to, that was August 10th of 2021, I then took it to repair shop where it sat unattended and unrepared for over 2 full months at shavtronics of Mesa told me to come get my unit and that he DID NOT want it on his shelf any longer as he Had NO IDEA WHEN OR IF MAYTRONICS MIGHT SEND THE REPLACEMENT MOTOR. after going get it i have now contacted MAYTRONICS costumer service 5 times in the last week since retrieving my UNREPAIRED unit asking for either a refund or a replacement unit. WHERE AS COSTUMER SERVICE SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME BACK AND TO DATE 2 WEEKS LATER HAS NOT CONTACTED ME IN ANY WAY AND KEEPS TELLING ME SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME AND THEY DO NOT...I WANT A REPLACEMENT UNIT OR A REFUND!!!Business response
