    On or around September 10, 2022, wet entered into a Lease Agreement with Dhruvin, Inc. (Landlord) where we agreed to rent a house in *******, ** from Landlord beginning on October 1, 2022 for the monthly fee of $2,350.00 and placement of a $4,700.00 security deposit. We inspected the Subject Property and notified the Landlord of a roof leak which was causing structural damage to the interior of the Subject Property in the bedroom. The Landlord represented to ** at that time that the roof leak and interior damage would be repaired. Additionally, upon moving into the house, we found that a large ***** cabinet had been left in a corner of the living room. At our expense, the China cabinet was removed from the house and the reason for its placement in the corner was revealed. The corner covered by the China cabinet was revealed to have molded, buckled, and bulging drywall and flooring. The source of the moisture causing the mold growth and dilapidation of the structure was determined to be a leaking air conditioner conduit. In response to this water intrusion, Neither problem has been repaired to stop the water intrusions into the house. Despite numerous communications to Landlord reporting the roof leak, the leaking air conditioner conduit, and the areas of structural disrepair, Landlord has wholly ignored ** and made no successful attempts to repair the house. ******** has refused to respond to any communication from Client since December, 2022. In the meantime, the conditions at the house have continued to worsen. At our own expense, we secured an Environmental Report that showed toxic and hazardous mold is growing in the house and it is originating from the indoors as a direct and proximate result of the water intrusions which remain unrepaired.
