On Thursday September 8th my son went to purchase a car. The car he wanted required me to be a cosigner. I completed the application for credit. My son said he was requested to pay $500 by a money order. That $500 payment was for the dealership to supposingly hold the car for him. The application was denied and they have denied to give the $500 back as a refund. The dealership and it's employees are unethical and unprofessional. They have sketchy business practices and unlawful policies at will. They took advantage and used bully like practices to guarantee the approval and the vehicle. The dealership never gave him a receipt and declined to provide me with one.Initial Complaint

I bought a used vehicle from this place for 11k. Was told by several mechanics it was only worth about $1,500 because the used car salesman had put on fake engine parts. He also reset the check engine light before I purchased it. Also did not report hidden damage from a previous accident. He also is holding the title and will not send it to me.Business response

Purchased vehicle on 4/25/22 1 day prior to flying back to ** I was told the car would not only be checked out by the business' in-house mechanic stating that it would be serviced & detailed as it was filthy (interior to exterior|) in addition that the leaking of water from instead of the vehicle coming from above the gas petal to the multiple warning light indicators on the dash board(engine, etc)the loudness of the engine along side the vibration felt while seated in the car only to be told by Armin that ALL porshe cayennes sound and feel the same but the mechanic will take care of prior to delivery. I was already nervous having to leave the vehicle behind without being present to assure that all the above was indeed completed and resolved prior to being shipped. Armin the sales person whom also identified himself as the business owner stated " I am a man of my word, I will have everything done and when you see the car, you will not even recognize it, it will look & run like new". The next day, i called and text him while at the airport to confirm that everything discussed as a reminder and I even took the additional step and sent an itemized list via of the items that needed attention prior to delivery. He replied " Dont worry I will take care of it". Then it was all down hill, for 2 days phone calls went unanswered/text messages ignored as I was awaiting confirmation that the vehicle had been serviced and detailed as discussed in addition to delivery date. Day 3 Armin calls to confirm the vehicle was SERVICED & DETAILED & arrive the next day(sat). The car arrives and I was in TOTAL DISBELIEF!!!! Not only was the car STILL FILTHY from the inside out THE EXACT WAY it was that day on the lot prior to purchase BUT ALSO THE SAME LEAKING WATER ISSUE & THE SAME DASHBOARD WARNING INDICATOR LIGHTS ON(engine light,ETC..)THE CAR DOOR DID NOT/ DOES NOT OPEN! The shipper could not open the vehicle called ARMIN several times NO ANSWER! I had car diagnostic done the same day.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from this Business on December 14,2021 ,I paid ****** dollars cash for a 2013 ******* ******** I've contacted this business every month since I purchased this vehicle about the title to my vehicle. They stopped answering my calls. I also contacted the ****************** of ******* about this vehicle. I was told that the dealership haven't turned in any paperwork on this vehicle. I try several times per week to contact the dealership with no luck. I live four hours away. Could you please help me get this matter resolved. Thanks.Initial Complaint

The car was bought on March 5,2022 I havent been able to drive the car since I drove it from the lot. I went to get an emissions but it wouldnt pass . I gave him ******* cash and he wouldnt give me a receipt. He forged the ladies name on the title and wouldnt give me the **** of sale or my money back . I purchased a car from here a month ago. The next day service lights came on that had to be addressed. The seller was not helpful about these concerns. I had to pay $1000 immediately in repairs after the purchase of this car . I feel like the seller knew the car had issues that needed to be addressed. The seller overcharged me for the car vs the cost that was listed on the website. I still have not received my tag/registration info. The seller is not complaint or helpful. My tag expires in two days and he is very rude and not helpful. I paid for a tag and registration and now an not getting any resolution. I would like to be reimbursed for the immediate repairs that were needed and this will offset the seller being sneaky and overcharging me. I would like to know when the info was submitted and when I will receive my tag.Business response

They are not lies. One thing I am not is a liar. I will write reviews on every website I can to warn buyers of this place. As I stated not one light should have come on the very next day after buying this car. I don't care if its old with high miles or not Had you done your due diligence and inspected and done maintenance the car before selling. You knew something was wrong because you told me it was a cheap and easy fix but never bothered to fix.
