    To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below.HOME PROPERTIES LP ACCT #: ******* BAL.$4,491.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ****g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness.

    This company is a money hungry group of slumlords. I have had several issues from non working AC, to my ceiling raining in my dining room, and now a rat infestation. They have raised the rent over $300 and do absolutely nothing. I'm paying $1450 for rats? The property grounds is completely disgusting, with trash everywhere! I have complained multiple times about the newer tenants throwing glass bottles around the property located, causing me to have to replace my tires, and the trash around the place. Now there are rats which have made their way inside of homes. I can't even sleep because I'm terrified one is going to come into my room. This is disgusting and inhumane. Something needs to be done about this, and they don't listen to us hard working, paying tenants! Please make this company refund rent and properly address this infestation. I've spent hundreds of dollars already trying to protect my food and house with huge plastic containers, rat poison and mousetrap. My poor dog even accidentally ate one of the bait blocks, costing me a whopping $800 in emergency vet fees! This is inhumane! Please help me BBB!

    Hello BBB & *************,

    This complaint seems to be coming from only you and no one else from the property. We do attend to groundskeeping and exterior pest control and interior pest control (when requested). 
    I understand the grounds get dirty from trash day when Deklab County Sanitation comes by to dump trash from the dumpsters. That's when our groundskeeper get to work immedatley after. Also, you say that we never fix things. However, we have over **************************************************************************************** our software. You have reported things like: ** not working, electrical issues, and plumbing issues. We have addressed all them in a ****** manner if we haven't, then why is the ** not working not mentioned in your complaint? That's becuase it's been fixed and is working propertly during these hot few weeks we have had. 

    I beleive this complaint is coming from your anger about your vet bill. I am also a dog owner myself and i can feel for you when it comes to ******* your dog to urgent care. However, my dog is trained and educated to not eat things like poison or traps set around my home. Do not come at our company about this as we have over ********************************************************************** a ****** manner.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    As you can see in the files attached, not only has my rodent concern not been addressed, ****** has canceled the maintenance request claiming "duplicate work orders". I initially requested maintenance for this disgusting vermin issue on 06/07/2023. Today is 06/13/2023 and no one has reached out to me. ****** actually stopped texting me back when I asked when someone would be out. His claims are outright lies. Nothing has been done, meanwhile I'm being tormented in what is supposed to be my safe haven. This is what $1459 gets you- rats and ignored. This is not okay.
