    Excellent communication! *** assured me that he could get my insurance company to replace my roof after being turned down. He came through and took a huge weight off my shoulders. He did a phenomenal job!

    The Project Consultant (*******) does not do a good job on following up with his clients. He came out and looked at my roof and said that he was going to have a guy come from ************ to fix my roof on Saturday October 3rd, 2024. The guy never showed up and ******* never returned my phone call. The roof just had a small leak from the storm on September 26, 2024. Even though the entire roof did not have to be replaced, the leak still had to be fixed. He just left me hanging! if you can't do the job, then why didn't you let me know that when you came to check out the damage. You did not have to lie, **** Luckily, I found a reputable and professional company to do the job. (15 October, 2024). They came out the next day and fixed the leak. (16 October, 2024). The roofs in my sub-division are going to have to be replaced overtime, but I will not recommend Lookup Roofing and I will spread the word about this situation to my neighbors, friends in ********* and surrounding areas. **** POOR JOB, *******!

    I called Lookup Roofing to get a quote for a roof on Tuesday, 7/30/24. I also reached out to other companies to compare pricing because I was paying out of pocket. *** came out to see me the same day and walked me through each step of the process. He even beat out the quote from other companies and started the work the next day and finished in one day on 7/31/24. In addition, he quoted me a good price for gutters and guards which he installed the following day on 8/1/24. I highly recommend this company! *** and his crew were very professional, punctual, and kind. They even alerted me to issues they encountered while doing the job and fixed the problem. I cant say enough about how amazing my experience was with dealing with this company! Trust me you wont regret putting your faith in Lookup Roofing!

    I first want to start off and say thank you so much to ******************* and LookUp Roofing for such a wonderful job and seamless process. I found out about the company just riding through a friend's neighborhood and I saw the crew working on a home. I drove past the home the next day and saw What amazing job they did. Having storm damage to my home I decided to give LookUp Roofing a call. ******************* helped me through the process, which was very quick by the way and now my home is looking beautiful with a new roof! I will highly recommend them to everyone I know!

    *** was awesome! I had a repair needed for my siding-due to the storms that we had. He was so pleasant to deal with, fair with the price and timely! I have ZERO complaints. The experience was so much better than I had hoped. He called when he said he would, his worker came on time, and he got the work done when he promised. I recommend this service 100%

    *** came out and did an inspection on our and determined it needed to be replaced. Our insurance company did not agree. He worked diligently on our part to provide videos and pictures to the insurance company, in the end we have a new roof. We thank him for his patience and the great service he provided. I would definitely recommend him.
