Terrible experience. I waited for professional service that was repeatedly promised and I never received it. I was pushed on the schedule for construction delays which is fine but then they left the job after being late the first day and showing up after 130, they no call/no show in the middle of the job the second day and no explanation was given. When I called they said they would return. They did; late. They didn’t work the hours they said they would and still didn’t finish my job to go to the next one. They offered to finish my job 10 days later and not because we were waiting on parts etc. It was for another job. When I pointed out this lack of respect and dishonesty on hours and work completed and made sure they understood my distrust in their company and their ability to finish the job on their 3rd visit to my home on a 1 day job, they refused to come back to my home and complete the work and charged me for the full scope of work. There were several items left incomplete and I was left with the full bill. I never refused to pay or refused their service to come back when they requested. They just didn’t want to do it and they refused to finish the work because it wasn’t worth their time. My bill was $2,300 and climbing and I had no complaints as long as the work got done but it repeatedly did not and there was ZERO communication from the office. It was the worst contractor experience I have ever had.

NC2 Electric would like to publicly respond, We have apologized countless times for the one scheduling issue that was out of our control. We finished the original scope of work for the estimated price. After installing a 200 amp meter panel combo, wiring receptacles and lights in customer's building, adding a receptacle in basement for dehumidifier, replacing two broken keyless fixtures, and rewiring damaged wires and circuit in pumphouse we felt it professionally necessary not to do any of the additional work inside this customer's home due to the breakdown of this professional relationship. NC2 Electric would like to say that we appreciate this customer and that our technicians had only positive things to say about their experience.
