    S & S contractors does not possess the minimum skills required to complete a project within any reasonably set timetable. Their task was to replace the rotted shingle molding, replace other rotten wood on my house, paint, replace an outside door, and pour concrete under the door threshold to our crawl space, remove and replace gutters. After seven weeks they: 1. Replaced the door with a used door. 2. Poured the concrete. 3. Removed gutters. 4. Removed Shingle molding. Damaged they caused: 1. All lower roof shingles have been damaged and need to be replaced. 2. Brick trim on driveway has been crushed and driveway cracked by their “man lift”. 3. Shutter hardware has been lost. 4. Erosion due to not having gutters for the past seven weeks. 5. Extensive demolition damage. I have since discovered the owner of the company has an extensive criminal record and probably doesn’t have the required license for the services they claim to provide. This review is not a complete compilation; however, it should be enough to give anyone cause to stay away. Stay away from this company!
