  East Georgia Fence and Construction is amazing! They were easy to contact and communicate with. They repaired a latch and hinges on a metal gate that they did not even install. All for no cost! I will be calling them for all my future fencing needs.

  Excellent service and a great job with the fence I requested. The job was explained very well in the estimate, cost was very reasonable. The crew arrived at the time I was told they would and went above and beyond what I expected. Would recommend to anyone needing a fence built or repaired. Great job!

  I had the owner Travis come out to my home on Friday the *** of ******** 2022
  He quoted me 1500 to do the job.
  I gave my 1500 total that day on the phone
  I never got a contract or anything till I had to call the secretary Monday which I finally got it on Monday afternoon.
  I had to call back the next day to find out when they were going to do it...
  The secretary said Thursday and I took the day off....
  So I found out Tuesday it was going to be raining and heard nothing till I had to call from work Wednesday around 11:30 am
  The secretary called me back and said they were doing it that day and they were on there way from a job they were at...
  I had to hurry home for I didn't know their plans..they never called....
  2 o'clock rolls around and I never heard anything.....
  So AGAIN I called and left a message
  The owner Travis called me back irate and started yelling at me..my daughter was there and heard everything...
  I told him he had to stop yelling so I could talk and tell him what was happening..
  he started yelling and I told him I wanted my money back and that's NOT customer service..
  I'm waiting on my money
  If you read the **** reviews ahead of mine this is t the first time he yelled at a customer
  Something needs to be done because of a customer gives all there money they should get good customer service not a scolding

  Very friendly and well intentioned staff. Quote was prompt, fence was installed before my deadline, and fence looks very nice. Final invoice matched the estimate. I would use them again and recommend them.

  I have had multiple jobs completed by East Georgia Fence and Travis, Lee and everyone do outstanding work and their pricing is more than fair. The work is completed quickly. They recently replaced a gate that my original builder installed and the gate works so much better now. Better than the day it was installed. Please consider East Georgia Fence for your next fencing project. They come with my highest recommendation!

  We are so happy we used East Georgia Fence for our new fence! From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. Travis and Julie were patient with our questions about the estimate and billing. Lee was easy to work with when deciding what area to fence, gate sizes, and materials. The wait time for construction was very reasonable, and the most fascinating part was watching the crew erect the fence. They worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone anticipated what the other person needed next. We were amazed that our fence was built in one day! We absolutely love it!

  It pains me to have to write this review considering the review I gave on the same company with the Better Business Bureau back in ******* 2021.
  "Do you want the fence to be up to pool code? You have two pools surrounding you." Said the supervisor knowledgeably.
  "Sure. Do it." I said, without hesitation, not wanting double work or extra expenses later.
  I should have asked for more clarification. Pool code is not a shadowbox style fence which has the connecting 2 X 4 boards exposed because a kid can step on the boards and gain access to the pool on the other side. Pool code is a fence style called Stockade which has the fence pickets placed side by side and no 2 X 4 access for a kid to climb a six-foot fence.
  When my neighbor approached me with this information, I jumped to the defense of East Georgia Fence without question and asked if his company was trying to drum up more work to charge him extra. I urged him to hear the fence was up to pool code from EGF themselves.
  They told him the job they did for me was just fence take down and replacement based on the contract and not up to pool code standards.
  Wow! I was blown away. When I called the company, they claimed the same. "It's not in the contract so we have no responsibility." That's when they circled the wagons. The company owner and I emailed back and forth a few times with no resolve.
  The fix for a non-pool-code fence is cutting fence boards and installing in the spaces between pickets to cover the 2 X 4's. My neighbor, his son, and I fixed the problem by removing all of the fence pickets on my side and replaced them side by side-buying more to fill-to create the "stockade" style fence that is pool code. Needless to say, it was extremely hot in July 2022. Stockade, by the way is the cheaper fence style based on the quotes EGF gave. So, remember Stockade=Pool code. And have everything in the contract with this company. "The true grit of a companies foundation is their customer service."

  We spoke to **. ***** on Wednesday */** about this. Julie let him know that she would get me the info so that I could reach out and speak to him. By the time I got someone there on Monday */** to take a look, they had already taken all the pickets off the back line and changed the fence to stockade. It was 70' of fence. I was completely willing to add 40- pickets on the outside to make it meet pool code. But again, 3 work days after the initial call, it had already been changed. We emailed several times Monday as I tried to figure out what we needed to do to help. I tried to call again and left a voicemail apologizing. Again, we would have fixed any issue, but I need more than 3 work days. It was such simple fix. He never called me back.
  The contract is very simple. Does NOT mention pool code anywhere. And our customer does NOT have a pool. This was 8 months after install. We were still willing to help. He called on Wednesday, changed the fence on Saturday and was unhappy with me on Monday. Need more time than that. And a call back. And yes, have everything in the contract is important. Thats how we know and confirm what the customer wants. Its always good to know what type of fence you are getting. Blessings.
