On Monday May 1st, I arranged to have my Car Windows tinted after speaking with *** the Owner of CCD. The first issue was the extended time to do the work, then the obvious flawed quality. I returned the next day to show him the bubbles and flaws in the job, but he told me that this would be corrected after a few days to a Week. I went back to the Business on Thursday May 11 to show him that there was no improvement. He said he would call me Sunday 14th to arrange when he would redo the process, but he never did. I had to call a Week later which is when I requested a full refund, because he had no intentions of correcting the problem. This Company has poor professional etiquette and Business practices that needs to be reported.
