    There should be a negative star review for this business. Bought a washer and dryer from here about 3 weeks ago. It was delivered on time but, after the delivery the dyrer was damaged. The washer did not work like it should its brand new. BRAND NEW NOW! They wanted to call a technician out to trouble shoot. I did not want that to happened so they replaced it thats good. The **** on the other hand, told us that it would be fixed in a week. It is now going into the fourth week still not fixed brought out a piece to fix it was also damaged. We had the pedal stools they to was also damaged took 4 weeks for them to start the refund for that. 1st time buyer here not a good experience so if you are considering this place DONT! The right doesnt know what the left hand is doing! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Also tell others not to go there as well! Anyone can Do as you please but take this review as a warning ?? they just pass off the problem to someone else! Absolute joke this place is

    Do not follow customer services It had been more than 32 months since purchase of appliances and still do not have all pieces to appliances and the appliances I do have are in need of constant repair Products are high end products with minimal complaints from company brand

    I called ahead having to come all the way from ****** to see if they had the part for my dryer that I needed. They said they did. I got their and gave them the model number again. She let me know that electronics are non-returnable. I said then double check this model number and reminded her again I am coming all the way from ****** and I would like her to double check to see if that thermal fuse was the right one for my ****. She would not double check it saying she is sure she is right. I hate that attitude of no service and just plane laziness to not give consideration for customers. I hate that but submitted to her answer. I guess these days you got to get nasty and become a ***** to get them to do their job and try to get these businesses to have some kind of respect for customers trouble for their money and time. I got home and when my husband got home he took the part of the dryer and discovered ours is 4 prong and the part they gave us is 2 prong. Wrong part. I will never go there again. We are from humble means and I could have used that money to do my wash this weekend while waiting for the store to open up here on Monday. ******************* rebuke them for stealing my money. I found many complaints on another web-site called yelp. You should read them. This company claims to be with ********* values but they have burnt a lot of people stealing more money from others. May ***** go after them for using Him to get business with no ********* values. Run!
