    I have been in contact with the owner to repair and paint a portion of my fence. I paid a deposit and paid for the materials. They did not come on the original date, or the rescheduled date to repair the fence. They finally came on September 12th and repaired the fence. The owner said that they had to wait to paint and I could close out my tab. I did not because the job was not finished. However, he said that I could send an additional $100, leaving a $50 balance. He said that they would come back on the 20th of September to paint and did not. Rescheduled for the 23rd and did not come. No communication was given on either day, I had to see reach out for an explanation. Then, he said that they would finish the job that week. Never did. I asked on September 30th for an exact date. He said Thursday, October 3rd, at 2pm. They never came. I called on Friday, October 4th, and sent a message and he never responded. I called again on October 5th with no response as well. They have not completed the job they were contracted to do and still have the materials that I paid for.

    Hired Applied Pressure property maintenance to renovate our daycare building, ************************* is a scam artist who talked us into oaying the entire invoice upfront claiming he needed money for supplies everyday, as soon as we completed our payment he stopped showing up for work leaving our building a huge mess and us having to double pay anothing company to finish the job. Horrible company, scammer, lazy, slow, rude. We gave him plenty of opportunities to finish the job or give us our money back. He said no one cares and i see he has done this before.

    Unfortunately this is a delusional individual who we never done business with. We have never met Ms ****** and apologize for the conflict of interest with the work requested. She doesnt have the knowledge of the process needed to be done and they are trying to have children in a building that is not up to safety codes. For a daycare. She is upset because work was stopped due to a conflict of interest. All work completed will be reported to courts of south Fulton

    My home flooded on 04/19/2022. I called my insurance company to let them know what happen and I filed a claim. I have never experience this pertaining to the flood. Once I called the insurance company they sent there company out to dry up the water (*******************). After going through several weeks without the water drying up with ******************* I decided to switch to switch to ROTO ROOTER. Once roto rooter came into my house they examine the problem and also notice that it was water in thee wall. Roto Rooter used there machines to clear up the water. Once the water was cleared and dried up Roto Rooter came back out and got there machines. Once the water was dried up I was looking for a contrator to come in and put my home back together (Restore). I went through three different contarctors asking them different things about restoring my home. Finally I selected one which was Applied Pressure (*****************************). **************** came out on 04/27/2022 looked at the damges that was caused by the flood. **************** stated that he could have my home done within 3 days unfortunately once he started three days turned into a month in half. I have reached at to **************** on several different times he stopped responding to my texts and phone call. I found **************** instagram account and started texting him there asking him can he come and complete the job that he has been paid for. I recently got a response stating that he would come out on 06/13/2022 @ 10:00 a.m. Around 9:45 a.m. I received a text through instagram from *************** stating that he was unable to come because he had issue with another project that he is currently doing. I indicated to **************** that this has been a constant with excuses after excuses. **************** has gotten paid ********* already for the job through my insurance company. I have the invoices that **************** stating that he has been paid for the job. The job has not been done. This is unfair to a custmer. I trusted **************** to complete a job.
