    Selling lemon cars. Dont buy any cars from this dirty car lot they tir** to sell me a 2012 Chrysler 200 known **** well the car was a lemon am going to upload a video ** is the devil and a horrible man he didnt want to give me my money back but I got it this place ne** to be shut down he still trying to sell the car knowing **** well the car is a lemon I had to have the car tow** twice and the shift gear on the car keep getting stuck in park or reverse or neutral??

    The customer purchased a traded in vehicle for $2875. At the time of purchase, we disclosed what we knew about the vehicle. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, the customer later had a complaint about the vehicle, which we repaired. However, the repair did not take care of the issue.  We offered to take the vehicle back and refund the customer's money less $75 for cleanup. The customer agreed to this settlement. 

    We are not sure what more we could have done for this customer.  We are a reputable dealership being in business for over 10 years.  Our customer reviews as well as our ******************** rating speaks to our business practices, our customer service as well as our employees.
