    ******** **** ****** (***) contracted with Paul's Unique Service to do the repairs at our residence. The repairs that were to be done were refrigerator, oven, oven exhaust fan, washer and dryer. On *********, Paul's Unique Service (vendor) came out and evaluated the repairs and ordered the parts. On ********** the oven was replaced by ***- in which the replacement company delivered and installed. The exhaust oven fan was delivered but was installed by (vendor) on *********. Left the part outside and did not remove from premises. Partially repaired the refrigerator and did not order all the parts needed. Next, did not order the parts for the dryer and left in a hurry and left the part to fix the washing machine to be installed the next week when he supposed to come back on Sept **th and did not communicate or return calls or texts. Left the refrigerator repairs not completed, not ordered parts until October **th, after many complaints to ***. He only called when *** did a recall on him. He was rude, does not communicate, answer calls or texts. We followed protocol as *** stated. We have the dates and times tried to reach vendor on the status. We also, have the dates and times we contacted *** on this matter. The last contact was from *** on 10****2022 stating we 'HAVE TO WAIT ON VENDOR." As of this date we still are waiting on completion of this repairs. We prefer another vendor come and complete the jobs immediately. The service we have had so far is NOT ACCEPTALBE. This has been going on far too long. Need a acceptable resolution, immediately.

    I gave Paul's Unique Services one star only because the BBB format doesn't allow a NO star review. I would give a NEGATIVE star if I could. He was sent to us by ******** **** ****** to repair our clothes dryer and install a new gas range. He subsequently ordered a replacement part for the dryer, and after some delay the part was sent to him. The only thing "unique" about Paul proved to be his endless supply of excuses. It took enduring a week of multiple efforts to pin him down to a definite day when he would come to do the actual work. We consider him rude and surly, utterly unprofessional. On the day he was supposed to appear, he never did. Nor did he even bother to call and say he wasn't coming. When we tried to give him a second chance, he refused to return our multiple voice mails. Even *** couldn't get through to him. When *** finally did make phone contact, he fobbed them off with yet another excuse saying he was on the road and couldn't talk, according to the *** customer service person we spoke to. *** promised us Paul would call back. Of course, HE NEVER DID. *** tried him again just now...12 hours after he was supposed to call...and they said he didn't answer. It has been several weeks since first contact and it's obvious he will NEVER call back. Our sole consolation is that Paul never offered any proof of certification or accreditation in installing propane appliances or any other appliance related skills, so it may be just as well. (As a related sidebar, *** has been less than helpful, telling us that, since Paul has the requisite part, we are just going have to wait for him to decide to call, since he is their only vendor anywhere near our rural location.)
