I purchased a Trailer from a manufacturer's dealer representative. American Trailer Pros, **************** is the manufacturer. After spending $22,000 and having the Brand New Trailer Delivered, the roof is completely damaged and is pouring in water. I would like the American Trailer Pros to pay for the repair as I took delivery on this a short couple months ago. I was notified by ***** (at the manufacturer) that I did not submit warranty paperwork back to be eligible, However, Not one person at American Trailer Pros nor **************** state that they were sending any sort of paperwork, much less did the paperwork arrive in their "15" day window. This is a predatory practice by both companies to remove them from the shoddy workmanship and they are scamming individuals by sending broken/damaged and UNSAFE trailer out of their factory. They should be investigated for the fraud they are committing against consumers in the US, as well as their dealer partner's also committing fraud with them, as American Trailer Pros stated they only "sell" the product and nothing else. It was a well delivered scheme to stick me with a high dollar useless product. They are well aware of these issues and are continuing to take advantage of people, Locally and Nationally.
