Im giving this company an F for professionalism and 3 Fs for **** poor communication. I believe it was back in Jun 2020 when I contracted American Southern Roofing. Everything went smooth until his disrespect sales rep started talking crazy to me. So I tried contacting these people on a number that only sent you to voice mail. Anyway, I believe there was a miscommunication somewhere. I believe it was March or April 2020. When I finally got in touch with him. I sent $500.00 by Zelle and he already had the check from the insurance company. Lost contact when the owner and calling all until the end of Dec when I finally got in touch with him. I ask for my money back so I can get another roofing company to do my roof. On 12Jun22, he text me a message of a check hes mailing to me for $6722.00 minus the public adjusters fee. The original amount of the check was $7500.00. So he tells me hes not sending me my $500.00 back because of the public adjusters payment. She got paid out of the $7500.00. The last time we talked. We got into an heated argument. He told me to quit jocking on his ***** and he hung up on me. I called him back he didnt answer. I called him today also. No return calls. So I think hes avoiding my calls now. All I want is my $500.00 deductible back and I wont Seek legal action. He done no work so he gets no money
