    I applied to these Apartments on May 19 2024 everything that needed to come back to approve me came back , everything was verified and all. It's now 3 months coming July 19 2024 it'll be that I've been waiting to be moved into my apartment that I was approved for I've paid for the application fee . ******* continues to be rude and give out false dates to when I would be moved in . She claims to be waiting on a lot of products such as water heaters , air conditioners , sinks , paint almost everything they haven't yet to start on anything and continue to give me and other people the run around . ******* like 40% of the time answers the phone it's like she comes to work to sit in the office and do nothing , her staff " if she has any" why haven't anything made progress. I continue to ask for my money back for my application process and she laughs and gets smart and rude and say she'll let her Regional know . Like I live in an unsafe place with my 5 year old daughter I've stated that to her that this place was only suppose to be temporary that's why I applied to these apartments my daughter starts school very very soon and now she has to go from here . ******* have said to me and others that if we had an issue we could just go apply to another apartments such rudeness in how she said it . 3 months now people it's not like there being build and people have to wait a certain date . On there website it says there leasing and that apartments are available, why lease apartments take people money for the application process if they aren't ready nor up to part as ******* says. At this point I'm sick of waiting I'm sick of her attitude or smart mouth she's not doing her job and some needs to fire her and do a WAY better job than her . I've even emailed the apartments anything that has something to do with Forest Villa I've done . No one calls back no one returns calls ******* again 40% of the time barely answers she has called me maybe once or twice in 3 mos .
