    Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. If you like roaches, shootings, poor management that wont fix anything and if you complain they tell you that you can always move out They charge way too much and offer zero amenities. Shootings daily, police raids and constant fights on the grounds if you enjoy living like this then this is definitely the place for you. Managed my ***************************** who has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They are SLUM LORDS! They waited until less than 10 days to inform us that we could either sign the lease that was $300 more than we were paying, or move out. They claimed they put a notice on the door- they didnt. They also refused to give us an upgraded apartment but charged us the same amount. Lived there for 6 years- never changed an air filter. Last summer during the hottest streak in history they left us with no air conditioning for 3 months. Staff would ignore phone calls when they saw our numbers on the caller ID. The manager is one of the worst managers Ive ever come across. We didnt have these issues with the violence and the refusal to fix anything until ***************************** took over.
