    Trust Cellular, operated by *******************, has left me utterly dissatisfied with their low-quality service. I handed over my S9 Galaxy for a simple screen replacement, only to receive it back in a non-functioning state (no service). Despite my pleas, **** vehemently denied any responsibility for the damage. The situation escalated to the point where we had to seek legal intervention, only to have the court rule in his favor, due to not having suffiecent evidence, although the judge mentioned he could personally understand, just not legally. However, I strongly urge anyone who believes that **** violated the duty of care mandated by Georgia law to pursue legal action against him.

    02/17/2022 $227.39 03/22/2022 $134.54 My phone fell off my car and I took it in to trust Cellular to see if it could be repaired. Everything seem to work but I could not hear people on the other end or vice- verse. I was told yes that it would need a new battery and back for $227.39 ($10 for screen protector) and that should make it work. I agreed to have it fixed and would be two weeks. I never heard from them and around the third week I called them and was told that they texted the people repairing my phone. I got my phone back and all seemed at the store and as soon as I got home it no longer worked, I took it back the store then next day to have it fixed. A couple of weeks of no response I called them. Again, they texted their people. During this whole time my son, daughter in law, and I have been up there inquiring about the phone on different occasions. Finally, I called them on March 22, 2022, and again was told that they will text their people. I did that same day get a call back that the mother board need to be replaced. I needed to come up and pay $134.54 (with discount). I went to the store and paid them! The last time we contacted them was on the 7th of April (my son *******).

    I personally have stayed in communication with these guests. It is very unfortunate that the device has more issues other then the back glass & swollen battery. Our technicians have been working on iPhone 11 Pro and should be fixed as device come in to Que. These type of issue can take an extended period of time and for reason all service time are estimated. Guests have the option op out of any service at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience & look forward helping. Thank you for your time.
