    Several months before our move from LA to the east coast (April '21), we contracted Cardinal Van Lines for a studio sized space on a moving truck and paid a deposit of $577.00. We were assured many times that dispatch would contact us as our July move date approached to inform us what time the truck would arrive. The morning of our move date, after not receiving any calls from dispatch, I reached out to Cardinal Van Lines customer service and was told that the truck could not make it due to equipment issues and they asked us to reschedule to another date weeks away. As we were scheduled to leave the state that day, we had no option but to request an immediate refund for the deposit and provided an address for the check to be mailed. Fast forward 9 months later and after several attempts and being told on three different occasions that a check was put in the mail, Cardinal Van Lines have stopped answering customer service calls and it has become impossible to speak to anyone.
