      Ordered and paid for plantation shutters to be hung inside window frame and to be single panel which is Standard for 30x60 windows. Complained immediately about my dissatisfaction and was ignored for two days by sales ****************** in ********** GA and left three messages and have not heard back. Sales *** wrote me an email basically blaming me and if I wanted anything corrected it would be at my cost. I never signed off on a mock up or dimensions of the shutters. I wasn't even given color choices because he did not even bother to bring in any samples of shades of white you typically get to choose from when you order expensive white plantation shutters. I was offered a discount on two window treatments for my upstairs that were supposed to be roller shades but never ordered. Give me a break. Roller shades are cheap compared to $5,000 paid in full for subpar shutters that I suspect are left over from another job based on how theyre configured . I am so naive. I cant believe this company has not called me back. Too bad too sad attitude and its disgusting. No culpability. Blamed for Their lack of transparency and Arbitrary decisions made without even consulting me. I am going to be contacting my bank to see if their is any recourse. Never paying by check again. Scammers. Terrible customer service.

      I contracted The Louver Shop to install shutters and blinds throughout my entire house. ******************* was the salesman and the installer. I was guaranteed any issues I had with the shutters or blinds would be handled by contacting the company. The cost of the shutters and blinds was $8,586.00. I have tried on several occasions to contact **************; however, I have not received any response to date. I then contacted The Louver Shop about issues I am having with some of the shutters. After numerous phone calls, I was told unfortunately they don't have any representatives in my area. No one from the company has since contacted me to resolve the problem.

      I spoke with *** and she was lovely.

      I have her on our schedule for 7/16 to make any necessary repairs.

      Sounds like they're minor.

       

      She was just frustrated because she did talk to people at TLS and no one ever got back to her.

       

      She has promised to contact BBB as soon as we solve her issue.

       

      I'll keep you posted.
