      Hello Im sending this email in regards of the matter Im going through with ************* On Friday, March 14, 2025, ***** ********** and I purchased a vehicle from ************. About twenty minutes after leaving the dealership the vehicle started driving sluggish and the oil pressure light came on and then went off and the car shut off completely on the interstate by read exit in ***********, East. I contacted ****** ***** immediately and did not get a response. Saturday March 15th I went to the dealership and expressed to Mr. ***** on what took place with the vehicle cutting off, Mr. ***** stated a tow company will come and pick up the car and have it towed to theyre dealership or the mechanic. However, I still have yet to hear anything in regards to this vehicle being towed back to the dealership since I do not want to keep this car anymore. ***** and I went To the dealership today( March 17, 2025) and were told we would have to pay out of pocket and get the car towed to the dealership so they can see what is the problem. I dont want anything to do with this car anymore and Im not trying to take the legal route so Im hopping to get this situation resolved asap because I would hate to have to take legal matters when its obvious weve only had the car for thirty minutes and it just shut off on us completely. Im disappointed and very frustrated with this matter. All I want is my $5,000 deposit back, contacts cancelled, and to rerun the vehicle back to the dealership.       Complaint Against ******************* I am seeking assistance in enforcing my rights. My demands are as follows:1.The dealer must; Cover the $1,600 in remaining repair costs,2.Prevent the dealer from unlawfully repossessing the vehicle.3.Investigate this dealerships fraudulent, deceptive, and harassing business practices. 4. Find financing for the car, or carry the terms of the loan in house and I will be paying the dealer monthly installments at the exact same terms I had with the lender.I have text messages, signed documents, odometer readings, inspection reports, and photos/videos proving every claim. This dealer misrepresented the vehicles condition, refused to make repairs, and is now acting in bad faith by attempting to take back the car without following legal procedures.Also sent to the attorney general in **********. I need to get this dealer held accountable !!! Thank you

      I bought a set of wheels from an employee at BBB Auto Sales ********* ********* via ******** this business for my truck which they assured me would fit but they didnt, I didnt even own them an hour and refused to refund my money. I provided pictures of our conversation and his apology the next day that turned into more harassment.

      Complaint Details 2/28/24- 2007 civic purchase from auto credit sales and rentals on ******************** **********. Explained my license and SS were registered under ****, but I had gotten divorced just had not gotten my papers changed over to my maiden name ******. ***** St ********, salesman, said I HAD TO sign the contract under **** to match my ID . They have NO documentation that states ****** to be my legal name. 3/29/24- still no tag received 4/9/24- called about not getting my tag to be told dispite my contract saying **** they filed the car under ****** 4/9/24- no tag received. Have not been to the *** due to work schedule that prevented it. 5/19/24- payment slightly behind (called and spoke with lot) due to employment issues. Car lot said to pay as I can, I had been 5/31/24- car lot increased biweekly payments from $189 to $289 after acknowledging finical hardship. Said I signed i didnt idk who did. 6/10/24- payment $150 ACCEPTED 6/13/24- ****** attempted to repossess car. Bank verified with tow truck driver the payment and he did leave the car. 6/22/24- car towed by ******* towing 6/24/24- reached out to auto credit to get an updated copy of car document & went to get the car. Auto credit never replied, ******* states the lot called and came got the car before 9 am. 6/27/24- job loss due to lack of car after this

      I purchased a ****** Rogue from **** ****** on highway 50 back in December 2022 and since my purchase, I have had the same problem. There is a caution notification that states *************************** Now". This notification puts the car into power saving mode and will not get out of first gear. The only way to make the car get out of "Power Save" mode, is to turn the vehicle off and then turn it back on a few times. After bringing the vehicle back to **** ****** multiple times, for the same issue, the mechanic told me that they cannot find the problem and if the car continues with the same issue, to bring it to another mechanic to get a second opinion per *****************. ******************** There was clearly something wrong with the car when they sold it to me brand new with 0 miles. I am just upset that I invested so much money, time, and effort with this vehicle. My bill is $930 a month and I have invested thousands into a Lemon. A side note, **** ****** has been trying to get me into a different car that would make my bill even more a month. I really fell in love with the car would love to keep it, but this place has destroyed any future business between me and anything ****** ever again.

      Went to ************* in *******,** in essence they stole ****** dollars.On paper made it seem we were paying 47,*** with a 18,*** trade in value on top of a ****** down payment. In reality the financed the entire msrp and basically stole the trade and the down payment. Here we are with 47k finance and thats basically the msrp of the vehicle, They charged us 60k for the vehicle on the paperwork which we never saw until it was signed.

      I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey from a dealership name Drive Casa on 7-27-2021 my car note is $235.00 by weekly currently today as of 1-23-2024 all my car notes have been paid on time with no negative impact on my credit report So, there is no reason my vehicle should get shut off and not operating from the lack of no payment. I pay my car note on time!! My complaint today is with ******************************* they have an agent name **************************** who job is receive customer insurance coverage policy and input into or scan our documents into drive casa database in a timely manner as proof of coverage for each vehicle the company insurance department represents fraud At the end and beginning cycle of our insurance coverage we as customers are responsible for sending Drive Casa a renewal copy of proof of insurance to avoid *** fees added to our car note accounts. Whenever theres an issue or question regardless insurance coverage the only line of communication with ******************************* is through via email. You cant call their insurance department directly through a phone line this is a red flag this is why to scam customers On 9-10-2022, 09-12-23, 01-30-23, 01-31-2023, 07-31-23, 08-05-23, 01-20-2024 Drive Casa added *** fees to my car note account for $76 for no insurance when I sent repeated emails to Drive Casa a copy of documents stating I had full coverage through USAA Drive Casa keep on disabling my vehicle preventing me from going to work. I missed 7 days totaling of work threw out the years Im emotionally stress out and regret purchasing a vehicle with this company.This company should be band from operating and selling vehicles leaving customers helpless. Each renewal period this happens I refuse to pay a fee of $76 *** added to my car note because each time they charge me a fee my vehicle is fully covered Drive Casa know my vehicle was covered. They still disabled my vehicle causing me emotional stress and to miss day from work When they notice after day, I refuse to additional fee of $76 They eventually re-able my vehicle and drop the *** from my car note account this makes me angry because it keep happening every renewal period every year since I bought the Dodge Journey I have never, ever paid a additional fee of $76 they continue to arrest me with phone call and text when the insurance department can see my documents reflecting my the have full coverage insurance, This is Insurance Fraud to try in get additional funds out of customer account. By saying they didnt receive etc or they just make a reason I am requesting a full investigation of Drive Casa to be done There is no telling how many customers being victimized help please

      *********************** CDJR sold me a vehicle with a known oil consumption issue, has serviced the vehicle but has not fixed the issue. The dealership is now informing me I need a new engine at my expense, from an issue that they did not fix, an issue they sold the car to me with. Most recently, the vehicle was supposed to be serviced for the oil consumption issue on January 3, 2023, oil was not put in the vehicle at the end of their servicing. Today January 15, 2023 there is no oil in the engine and it is out of service. Unable to be driven.

      I bought a car from BBB auto sales 1/6/23 and have nothing but issues w the car and the business. They are a horrible business and very unprofessional. They have asked for my card information (front and back of my card ) (picture) .offering alcohol to anyone who buys a new vehicle w the intent of putting the on the road which is illegal, also asking for cashapp **************** to personal accounts and just lying abt fees and business matters then sayin there isnt a fee or theyd waive it the business just seems hella sketchy.

      I paid for a service repair on my vehicle (***************************) and left with problems I didn't have prior to my repair. This has disrupted and displaced my entire life. All I ever asked was for them to fix the issues that occurred after they repaired my vehicle. But they refused to take accountability for the post repair issues that weren't there when they originally diagnosed my vehicle. I was presented with solutions that mainly benefited their establishment and was given the to option to counter which I did. Once I called in with my counter offer I got no response. I've since emailed 3 times only receiving 1 response promising a resolution that was suppose to occur 2 werks ago. I've been going through this since September and its very draining I'm hoping you can help with a fair resolution for my displacement.
