I paid $2500 down. Ive made 3 payments of $220. This car lot just repossessed my car over owing less than $500. I kept in contacted and told them I was going to pay $600 or more THIS FRIDAY. They took my car without warning. They never answered me to discuss anything. My mother who ahas a car through them was months behind. They never touched her car. Now they are asking me to pay $14,200 to pay off the car completely just to get it back for being behind less than $500. I couldnt even get that much if I owned the car and sold it. Not to mention a simple tire repair raised awareness to the frame being bent underneath the car.

Requested payoff: *************** has the vehicle and was not required to pay full pay off balance. So not quite sure why she posted this complaint. She was repossessed due to nonpayment and multiple broken payment arrangements not to mention she also did not have insurance on the car. She came into the office; I spoke to her myself and explain to her why the vehicle was picked up. She stated she was going to start paying on time and was going to make sure insurance was kept active on the car. Once she paid the past due balance and got insurance on the car, she got the vehicle back!

Frame Damage comment: She never once mentioned that the car has frame damage to me when she was here. The car has a clean title and a clean vehicle history that shows no previous accidents, (as shown on the vehicle report attached).

Mothers Account: This is something that is of subject. Her mother's account has nothing to do with the broken arrangements and lapsed insurance on her account which was the reason that her vehicle got repossessed. Her mom has been a great customer and has always kept her payment promises.

I hope this helps answer her complaint. Thank you!
