      I received my item and it was completely unusable- didn't work at all, didn't power on, didn't charge, nothing-it was a dud. I reached out and tried contacting them through various different methods and never received a response.

      i order a few products from these guys with no problems, using my credit card. On my first order, they added $10.86 charge for Mulburry Protection, which i did not order. I called them and they removed the added protection right away. On March 29, 2024 I received an email indicating that i ordered the Mullburry Protection and my credit card was charged $10.86. I wasnt even on their website on the 29th. My last product order from them was on March 16th. They illegally used my credit card to complete this order without my authorization. I called immediately and left message, no response. I then emailed, not response. On April 22, they charged my credit card another $10.86. I called and emailed but received no response. On May 22, they charged another $10.86 for this protection that I never ordered. i have been calling and leaving messages for three months now with no response. I will never buy anything from these crooks every again and i recommend others watch out for their slick business practices.

      I placed an order 8 days ago and my order still only says order placed! I have tried reaching out via email, phone, and text even multiple times, and do not even get as much as a response! It is one item with a 2 year protection plan worth 30 bucks! It is not the money or even the wait that makes me so angry; it is the I cant even get any response to my inquiries! If you do not provide any customer service at all, how do you ever expect to stay in business?

      I ordered a E-rig and the website stated order in the next hour and **** arrive by Saturday well it has said label created **** waiting for package for about 2 weeks. I emailed customer service because they claim to have 24hr customer service via email, which is a lie. I have emailed multiple times, submit an order update request on the website and nothing. Nobody ever answers the phone help line either and the ONE time they did, they said oh we will email you and a week later still no email. I just want answers. Its just false advertising all around. I feel like the bad guy just trying to get an answer from a company who states 24hr customer service

      I'm going to go to bed and give these guys a five. I think these bad reviews are from cry babies that don't realize companies don't drop things in the mail on the weekend for one, we just went through the pandemic as well as the holidays in the new year number two and three, these guys always have brand name high dollar or brand name affordable merchandise. I have never had a problem with a single order from these guys. If people are sniffling about anything it has to be the mail because their product speaks for itself and what company doesn't charge tax or shipping? Any bad reviews disregard because I've vouch for these guys up and down. Too many impatient people in this world that don't appreciate getting something for way less than you would pay anywhere else. Anywhere else would charge you the same for shipping as they would for the product. Smoke cartel if it's 19.99, it's $19.99 with no shipping and handling and zero tax. I think people are just too ignorant and understand that they're saving a sh**load of money those two things alone. By far is this gas station glass. Inaccurate as hell for anybody to say that in particular that this is a scam is what I write a few minutes ago. Boarded from this company 15 or 20 times? Never had an issue and I tend to appreciate getting something for a good price but I might have to wait a day or two extra. Disregard any negative comments. It must be the 14-year-old boys that are waiting to smoke that dime bag of weed doesn't hold on to since middle school

      Ordered in 2 of there rainbow bubblers ! Once i received them within the first day of use meaning a few puffs the center of the bowl cracked and broke out, I then went to the second bubbler and the same thing again the center of the bowl cracked and broke out again. This must be very cheap product. I contacted them thru email and was lucky to get a response back saying they do not back up there products and once the item or items arrive they are not responsible for any issues or defects ! This is very unreasonable and bad business considering they were only ***** each so for a total of $22.62 they wont give me a replacement or store credit ! I will never buy from then again and warn anyone about there company ethics ! Worst company i have ever dealt with. I hope this review stops many others from ordering from them ! ***********************/********* **

      They sent me the wrong product and wont exchange it. They labeled the product clear glass and sent me green. They just brushed me off and took a long time to respond to the customer care message. Worst company customer relations.

Due to warehousing system this is one of the items that comes assorted, meaning we're unable to track the inventory of each color separately.This unit comes in clear glass but with colored accents. In this case you received the green variant as it ships randomly. There were multiple internal notes as our support team were trying to find a solution within our policy in order to provide you with a unit that's more to your liking, however we are unable to guarantee the color you would receive in a replacement.Again, we apologize for this ordeal and we hope that you allow ** another chance to service you smoking needs with the highest standards you are used to receiving with ** :)

      I was googling smoke cartel website because I had never ordered or heard of it before and came across all The reviews how people not got orders and the wrong items were sent etc. but with the price being half of everywhere else for the same item I gave it a shot. I just wanted to give a good review to say idk what the bad ones are talking about because I got my order within a few days of ordering it on the same day that was estimated at check out and got exactly what was pictured, actually better than I expected it to be!!

      Im still waiting on what is going to happen with the pipe I purchased. You messaged acknowledging there was an error that was not on me. You said you would try to find it or send another one. I havent heard nothing since then and I have been messaging and will continue to message and leave bad reviews until you send me my pipe!Order #******

      My pipe was suppose to be delivered today and I still dont have it and cant track it!!!! Im very upset because I have no idea where it is and how to find it! I been checking all day and its still not here and the Mail has already ran. It doesnt even say its out for delivery. It just been stuck in transit, after you lost it supposedly!!!
