    The roofers final visit was ****/2023. We had a new roof installed as preventative home maintenance, based on the age of the roof. There was no major damage. When the roof was installed, we had leaks in multiple that did not exist beforehand. These leaks caused damage inside the home. We contacted them and they came out to view the interior damage and they put additional caulking around the roof vents that had begun leaking on 2 occasions. It rained and we notified them again that the leaks still existed. They returned to replace the vents. When viewing the inside damage we were told they don’t do inside work. This leaves us in a position to have to get the interior damage repairs done at our expense. It’s important to note that these are damages caused by the company. My expectation would be for them to pay for for work based on an estimate or to send someone to do the repairs.
