      I bought my wife car to there shop because it was stalling while driving. I paid 79 dollars for a diagnostic test and there mechanic took a guess and replaced my fuel filter. I know this because he did not do a gauge test on the part and it did not fix the problem. I also have everything recorded to back my claim. 9 months later her car broke down because of the same issue so I took it too my new mechanic and they told me the problem was a low voltage in her car battery and it needed to be replaced and because of the low voltage it could not power my tcm computer correctly which controls the transmission. Soon after getting that repaired it solved the problem. I believe that I was token advantage of by 5 star because as soon as we left the business it was doing the same exact thing and i was charged for unnecessary repairs and would like a full refund of 691 dollars. If this matter cannot be resolved then I will pursue them in small claims court.
