************** comes across as caring and more than helpful to get your business and promises she has a full staff. Once you're with Home Nurse, the story starts with " I'm about to retire, I've been doing this for over 23 years, people just don't want to work." The first aide they sent out literally sat at our table with her phone on hand from 11-5:30. She'd assist my mom when she called her but if it was for vacuuming or polishing furniture, she wasn't doing it. Told my mother no. The next person she sent when the lady refused to come back to work my mother liked. I'd spoken to the other lady to get her back (before knowing she was telling my mother no and sitting at the table all day) having cameras reveal everything. My mom liked the last aide and wanted her to stay on. I informed ************** and she informed me of this aides tardiness and said," she's good at what she does, but she's not dependable. Are you sure you want her?" I said yes, my mother isn't agitated when I get home like she was with the other aide.Moral of the story, ************** is very unprofessional and talks trash about her aides and clients. I highly suggest you continue your search for better home health care. It takes time to find the right company.

We had staff available to service your mother. The mother told her not to return. I see no notes in the system where your mom or you told us that the previous aide was staying on the phone if she had we would have addressed it. After this aide left you requested a certain person to service her which you were given. She was being provided service by that person until you requested to be discharged. The only comment given was sometimes the aide has been known to be late but she was told it was very important not to be and looks like 99% of the time she provided full 8 hours due. We are sorry that you were not happy with our company and wish you the best with the new Provider.
