************** comes across as caring and more than helpful to get your business and promises she has a full staff. Once you're with Home Nurse, the story starts with " I'm about to retire, I've been doing this for over 23 years, people just don't want to work." The first aide they sent out literally sat at our table with her phone on hand from 11-5:30. She'd assist my mom when she called her but if it was for vacuuming or polishing furniture, she wasn't doing it. Told my mother no. The next person she sent when the lady refused to come back to work my mother liked. I'd spoken to the other lady to get her back (before knowing she was telling my mother no and sitting at the table all day) having cameras reveal everything. My mom liked the last aide and wanted her to stay on. I informed ************** and she informed me of this aides tardiness and said," she's good at what she does, but she's not dependable. Are you sure you want her?" I said yes, my mother isn't agitated when I get home like she was with the other aide.Moral of the story, ************** is very unprofessional and talks trash about her aides and clients. I highly suggest you continue your search for better home health care. It takes time to find the right company.

We had staff available to service your mother. The mother told her not to return. I see no notes in the system where your mom or you told us that the previous aide was staying on the phone if she had we would have addressed it. After this aide left you requested a certain person to service her which you were given. She was being provided service by that person until you requested to be discharged. The only comment given was sometimes the aide has been known to be late but she was told it was very important not to be and looks like 99% of the time she provided full 8 hours due. We are sorry that you were not happy with our company and wish you the best with the new Provider.

I was working for this company ended up with COVID-19 , due to complications from covid I still had some serious medical conditions and ask ***** if I could have an extra week to get my health taken care of {ended up in the hospital 3 days later} she told me that if I couldn't return to work that Monday not to return at all. and even told me I will not get unemployment, Which I was denied because they lied that I Quit, I loved my client, I even brought my client over from another company, Unfortunately my previous 93 years old client die from covid because this company had another aid there and she my pclient contracted covid from her. I just wanted to get better so I could returned to my patient and not infected her, but it seems as if this company was more into making money than to consider the health of the patients. I hope ppl that have loved ones that this company is in care of take extra precautions to keep them safe.

The allegations by former employee, ***************************** are not true. On April 2, 2020, ******** went out due to Covid exposure, and she provided a work excuse that she could return to work on May 18, 2020. However, she did not feel up to coming back to work at that time and she was told that she could continue to stay out. She informed HomeNurse on May 29, 2020, that she would be returning to work. Despite this, she called out on June 1, 2020, and at that time she informed us that she would not be returning to work. She was paid COVID pay through June 8, 2020 by HomeNurse,Inc. but per a change in the ***** guidance, HomeNurse could no longer pay her because she did not meet the requirements. The client referenced by ******** was assigned to another caregiver when she went out on leave and the client was transferred to another agency in September. At no point while in HomeNurse's care was that client exposed to COVID that HomeNurse is aware of. This client certainly did not pass away because of any exposure from a HomeNurse employee, and upon information and belief was still living as of January 2022. HomeNurse strives to uphold the highest care standards possible, especially in the climate of COVID-19. It takes all necessary precautions to keep both its staff and clients safe and healthy.

This comment from Home Nurse *** is incorrect. ***** insisted that after my 14 days quantine that I am well enough to come back to work . Even though she could still hear me with a very bad cough. I was speaking or trying to speak with my client daughter and could hardly make a full sentence without coughing . Yes I was cleared from having covid after taking all the medications but from that I ended ** in the hospital with an A1C level of ****. At NO POINT DID I EVER tell Home Nurse *** that I would not return to my assignment. I was told that if I didn't return June 1st don't come back because they found someone to replace me. , and that I would not be getting unemployment... ************ has been a disappointment to both me and the client that I was working for.
