    K&C Landscaping are simply not honest. Paid them $4700 total for a Fence with an extra gate ($3700) and $1000 to level an area in my back yard. They installed the fence and did a good job with a minor delay. The yard leveling is a different story. They attempted to level it 1 time and completely destroyed the area where water pools now. 5 months later and various excuses and I still dont have my backyard leveled. Yes, there was long periods of rain, I still communicated unlike them. I finally got promised to get my yard done and once again they didn't show up. Now they won't answer messages or calls. Showed up to their office to talk like grown adults and surprise they arent there but answers the phone and asks if I have problem because I have someone with me. Aggresive much? Didn't know face to face consverations on a service you failed to complete constitutes a problem. Promised me half my deposit and suprise, Nothing! Seems like excuses and pay me for the job and not fulfill seems to be a common trend. True winner for the most dishonest, aggressive, fraudulent business.

    I hired Brooks Cox with K & C Landscaping to deliver, spread, and pack asphalt millings 3" think on 100 feet of my driveway and a 24 x 50 area under, and in front, of a carport. September 28, 2022, while the tractor was still spreading the millings I paid Brooks $2900. At that time we realized he did not bring enough millings to cover the 24 x 50 area. It was 360 square feet short. Also the driveway was not 3" think and was very poor quality millings (lumps of asphalt). He "promised" that he would make it good and would bring the additional 360 square feet right away then put another layer on the driveway by December. We even offered to spread whatever he brought with our tractor to save him the trouble of bringing the tractor back. There were several emails and phone calls with excuse after excuse why he couldn't get the job finished. From his truck being broke down to the loader being broke down or the millings not being available. He stopped taking my phone calls and stopped responding to my texts. In December I finally got him to answer my call by calling from a different phone. At that point he told me he didn't owe me anything even though I have plenty of texts stating he does. I told him I wanted the millings or $360 refunded for the square footage he shorted me. He once again promised to deliver them by Christmas. I didn't even ask for driveway millings he promised. I have attached the texts and pictures.

    K&C quoted me for a job involving laying of sod, retaining wall blocks, stairs to my pool, installation of plants and mulch. The only think the company did half way correctly is lay the sod. Although, it is wavy throughout the yard, its there. I had to come home early from work on two separate occasions because they did not know how how to lay retaining wall block. They couldn't figure out how to make the steps leading up to the pool out of the blocks, so they suggested doing concrete. A week passed and still no concrete, but the owner wanted his money. Even threatened to come to my house, tear down my fence, and take whatever he wanted to equal the balance. I stated that he would not receive the remaining balance until the steps were done. He stated that he "promised" the steps would be done the following week, and that he would't ghost me like most contractors. I paid him his money since he was apparently hard up for it to pay for the plants, and then i haven't heard anything since. They still owe us for the labor of the steps for our pool. Phone calls and text messages are being ignored because they know they are in the wrong. Horrible business with scamming business practices. We are owed $900 for the labor of our steps.
