PDA Home Improvement will never run off with anyone funds. PDA run in a very hard time with employees, funding and not meet the requirement get SBA Loan to stay up and running. Just hate you will lie and make it seem like someone truly intended to do you wrong. Our company have great reviews before Covid and the economic surge. Our company wasn't prepared for the 2021 crisis. I attachment shows that i didn't ran off nor didnt connect. No one could've got in touch with be because i got personal beyond stolen including Cells, laptops etc. 2021 just been one of them years PDA never experiences. We aim to make our client happy. We are sorry and we are working to get the copany back up and running. We are at the start-up with limited support and funds.

I am rejecting this response because: if ******************** were truthful that he sent a letter via email stating he was closing businesss, he's well aware that ******************* is nearly 70 yrs. old and does not use email. If he wanted to convey ANY message, there are countless other ways in which he could have done so. He did NONE. He answered none  of the countless calls. He could have texted or used regular U.S. mail. In addition, he could have very easily contacted *********************** sister who referred him. He has her phone number, home address and even social media. If he lost his laptop, he still had a phone and an automobile. He could have driven to convey his message. His "notice to clients" is dated Aug. 2021 just a FEW WEEKS AFTER he accepted SEVERAL advanced payments but did none of the work. Not only that, covid was at its worst in 2020, not 2021. By Aug 2021 the world had implemented vaccines and boosters and the country was again open for business. There are no lies here. There is no need for that. ******************** thought the matter would be ignored because HE chose to ignore it. The resolution sought is return of the funds so that the house can be repaired and made liveable by someone else.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************

    Complaint: 16957808

I am rejecting this response because: PDA says it has no comment beyond this point. PDA's prior comment provided a letter that was supposedly sent to his clients, which was never received because ******************* is nearly 70 yrs old and does not use email. The letter is dated Aug. 21, 2021. Only a few weeks prior to that date, the last week in July 2021, ******************* met ******************** in ******* to give ******************** yet another payment installment of more than $7,000 at ************************ insistence. ******************** insisted that the additional funds would allow him to purchase material more easily in ******* rather than purchasing in *********************** small hometown, even though ******************** had already been given more than $20,000 and had still had not yet done any work on the home. After receiving the payment in *******, ******************** still never returned to do ANY work. ************************ letter is dated only weeks after receiving that payment installment. Even if he suddenly shut down operations, that check barely had time to even clear the bank and should have been easily accessible  and readily available to return to *******************. It is evident that ******************** had no intention of either returning the money or returning with material to begin work on the house.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************
