      I am not satisfied with McGee and their servicing of my HVAC unit as well as their unreasonable estimates on future work. I hereby inform McGee that like to cancel my 1 year servicing contract due to customer dissatisfaction. I ask to obtain a 50% refund and conclude business with McGee.McGee serviced my unit once and therefore a 50% refund is appropriate in this circumstance given the work performed. I have attached a receipt. Please email and do not call in regards to the complaint.

      We will be glad to refund the customer 50% of the payment he made for his preventive maintenance.  Payment will be put in the mail to him within 2 weeks. This is our processing time required for approval.  As always we are sorry to lose a customers business.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will re-open the claim if I do not receive the check within the 2 week time frame as indicated in the BBB response. I thank the business for their cooperation.
