    They are cheating people because they charged me $45 for 5 work t-shirts. I asked what are your rates the lady said the price you paid is the price. She was rude and disrespectful. Period.... I will not be going back to Lamas cleaner in **********, **

    ************ i was told 0ne price with the receipt and when i went to pick up my laundry the price went up by almost $7.00. and the sale lady had a very nasty attitude and only said the price is subject to change. and i asked why and she refused to answer me.

    Poor customer service regarding item that I requested to be starch with cuff roll up on jeans. Asked attendant if I needed to pin it to make sure cuff remains. Was advised not to pin and that a note would be placed on ticket to starch with cuff remaining. Fast forward, pick up item next day and cuff was out. I had to pay full price for item. Requested to speak to manager, but not available but was advised she will call me back regarding the issue. No call after 2-days, call back to cleaners and spoke to ******, the manager, she only stated that next time they will pin it. No apology or adjustment for next visit. The economy is not good and basically they took my money without giving me the service I requested. Poor customer service.
