I only asked for what you owed me for the work and materials you did not provide. You can resolve this by getting me the $700.00 you owe me. I think in light of the situation I am not asking for anything that is not fair.

    Pool was not up, pool was flush with the ground, pool had mildew in it. The diameter was 22' we made diameter 25' and added more square footage by digging by hand. We installed pool and also cleaned all mildew from the pool. We worked hard on this projec.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was charged for a little bit of work work that was done so badly as to not be usable. The ground was not level and the pool could not be used. The deposit was for materials and none were supplied/delivered. I am paying extra to get the mess created by Select Landscaping corrected so that I can finally use my pool. My settlement offer is very generous considering

    I waited four weeks for basically nothing,

    I am rejecting this response because: The pool was not leveled and could not be used. He was given a deposit for the materials he needed to complete the job. He never took the pool down except in parts and the are was never leveled. Also, no materials were delivered. I have detailed his own invoice to show the fact that he was given $900.00 dollars and only $250.00 was allocated for labor.

    Mr. ***** specifically messaged me and told me that he didn't want us back there. He messaged me several times also saying that we were fired. He would send me messages saying I finally hired someone to fix my mess ups. Because he wanted us to oy do his project we have installed several pools. I can send guys there to finish but he is not to come outside and mess with the work when we leave.
