    Dear Better Business Bureau I am filing a complaint against H31393****53439353433H Auto Towing LLC for damages which occurred to my vehicle while it was in their custody for shipment from ****, ***** to ******* **********. While an insurance claim has been filed with ********************** H31393****53439353433H Auto Towing has refused to communicate with the insurance company and provide requested information, which is preventing processing of the claim and subsequent repairs to my vehicle. Background: I delivered our 2020 Kia ******** to ******* ********************** in **** ***** on October 19th, 20**. The vehicle was subsequently passed to H31393****53439353433H Auto Towning LLC for transport from **** ** to ******* **. At the time of drop-off, and at the time of transfer, there were no damages to the vehicle, as documented on two bill of ladings. Upon delivery of our 2020 Kia ******** on 30 October 20**, we discovered significant damage to the rear of the vehicle. Specifically, the right rear tail lens was cracked, there were dents in the rear tailgate, the tailgate frame was pushed in showing a gap between the rear lens and the frame, discoloration of the rear tailgate. I communicated on numerous occasions via email to H31393****53439353433H Auto Towing requesting how we should proceed, I did not hear anything back from them. On 8 Nov 20** I was contacted by ************************** who was opening a claim for the damages on behalf of H31393****53439353433H Auto Towing. I provided Progressive with all information and pictures and have followed up with them every couple of days. Progressive reports that they are waiting for information from H31393****53439353433H Auto Towing, and that they have left numerous voice mails, emails and send a letter but with no response from H31393****53439353433H Auto Towing. As such, they cannot process the claim.The Progressive claim number is : Claim #**-5145334.     I am located in ******, ********** Finalized deal 6-27-2023 for a **** Impala SS. Barely got the car delivered 7-15-2023. Was initially told by the salesman at Quality Automotives in *****, ******* that the car had no mechanical issues & for the price I paid at 32K I figured I wouldnt have any problems & took his word. Upon delivery, the driver said he had a lot of issues loading ******* also had issues getting it down. So bad we had to push it off (which we have surveillance video of) & it also doesnt start up without having to be jumped. Once we got it to start, we immediately took it to a mechanic down the ********* pointed out plenty of issues & safety hazards (the positive cable on the battery was burnt & the mechanic said it could easily start a fire). I have to get so many things replaced on the *********** wouldnt have bought this car had I known the issues. I feel lied to about the car. ******* dad have called the ********************* & I firmly believe they are stalling & avoiding fixing my issue. They keep saying theyll call back & the salesman just so happens to be out. Please help me with my issue, I would greatly appreciate getting a straight up refund or even replacement.
