    A friend of mine passed, I ordered flowers but never received order confirmation after being charged. I decided to cancel just under a week before the memorial service. I sent the company an email requesting cancelation, they replied that my order was cancelled. Later that month I was going through my credit card statement and saw that my money had not been refunded. There are no terms or conditions on thier site that state you are sacrificing your payment if you cancel several days in advance.I called the shop and brought it up, an Asian lady answered the phone and stated she had canceled my order, by started telling at me interrupting me and talking over me when I brought up that I'd not been refunded. I ended up having to disconnect the call and have since opened a case with my credit card company. This is theft, if my credit card company fails to resolve this and refund my money to my balance, I will start looking into a civil lawsuit against this company, to recoup my money and any airfare, time, and lodging cost that it took me to do so.

    The order was placed online three weeks before the funeral we received an email four days before the delivery date to cancel the order, on the order he left a message bad mouthing another flower shop that we do business with, we did not feel comfortable responding to this message and this caused him to be upset and request that we cancel his order we responded to his email promptly and canceled his order Its up to the customers bank to credit the account we do not have that control He called us and was advised to contact his bank for additional help if the payment has not been credited to his account He got upset and started threatening us with a lawsuit We got a review on ****** from his friend stating that we stole his money and have double charged his account and we are grifters We asked for proof and advised we will be forwarding this to our attorney since it is defamation We have done everything in our power and he needs to wait for his bank to credit his account and refrain from publishing inaccurate and false statements
