Me and my husband moved into a unit that we thought was very reasonably priced. Upon moving in, the unit was not cleaned whatsoever. Mold was everywhere (even on walls, the stove and in the fridge). When we contacted the leasing office about this matter they told us the unit had no one living in it for 2 years. The previous tenants furniture was still in the home so we threw it outside and began cleaning. The office lady **** us we would have to pay for a dumpster to haul the previous tenants furniture away even though that should have been their responsibility. Then, we had a plumbing issue. The toilet wouldnt flush and the shower wouldnt drain. It took them 2 weeks and still no one came. So I called my friend after a few days who was a plumber and he disconnected the pipes so we could still use the bathroom. He told us we were on septic and that it needed to be pumped. We told the office lady and she sent the maintenance guys a few weeks later who then confirmed what I had already told them so then we waited another week for someone to pump the tank. The tank got pumped and that was fixed. Flash forward- we had an electrical issue when we moved in that prevented our outlets and dryer from working properly. Well After replacing the dryer 3 times, we were flustered and decided that this must be an electrical problem on the homes end. We contacted the office. From November-February of the next year we did not have a dryer to dry our clothes. While that was going on our furnace kept being blown out due to a draft in the trailer. They took a whole month come out and inspect and the maintenance guys never came back. We didnt have heat for the same timeframe we didnt have our dryer. I finally got fed up and called the office lady she informed me that they had ordered a new furnace and were waiting to instal it. They finally fixed our electricity after we had to spend some nights in a hotel and we got our dryer back a week before moving out. We never got our heat.
