    On 4/1/2024 I reached out to AAA to get my car towed to a mechanic shop to be fixed. The towing company that came out was Southern Style Towing. The employee driving the truck asked for my license and the key to my car and that was it. He towed my car to the mechanic shop and when he got there he took off emergency break and tow chain with my car door opened and let my car roll off of his tow truck. When my car rolled off the tow truck the door was wide open and there were two trucks parked there. My car door was damaged and so were the two trucks that were parked there. The tow truck driver got in his tow truck and left the shop as nothing happened. I reached out to AAA and they said they had to get a response from Southern Style towing and gave me a case number. I reached back out a week later and AAA is saying they said I signed a form about them not being accountable for any damages. I never signed anything so my signature was forged probably by a photo of my license the driver asked for. ********************** is saying the driver or their company is not responsible for my car being damaged. AAA is saying give them 2 to 3 weeks to investigate this incident. Please do not use this company because basically they are saying they can wreck your car and forge a document with your name saying they not responsible if it gets damaged.

    As stated in this claim, this is a AAA customer, not a ********************** customer. All correspondence must go through AAA. Please remove and close this out of our BBB account.
