I cant say enuf good things about ****** S w American Steel Buildings. He was kind, patient and HONEST! We have had some less than good experiences w other jobs, so we were very wary. Feb 2025 installed a building through ******** Was very pleased start to finish with my representative and the process. Gave me all the information needed to have my site prepped properly and waited patiently for me to get my land work done. No pushy sales tactics. Very quick to responde to all my questions. 5 starsWe purchased a building from American Steel Buildings and could not be happier! We called, got some quotes and the salesman explained the process. We paid the deposit and approximately 5 weeks later called to schedule our installation. During the interim we had the concrete layer and were ready when they called. The building installed looks amazing and is very sturdy. We have now an oversized two car garage (could probably fit 4 cars in there, two roll up doors, a walk in door and an extra attached storage room with a separate entry and window. The process was easy and timely. From our salesman, to our installation everything was as they explained. They checked back a few months after to make sure we were happy with everything. I truly give this company a five star rating. I read a few of the comments before deciding to review and as far as them being a dealer... yeah.... well if I went to buy a **** or ****** car I wouldn't expect to go to the manufacturer - my experience is you get better service and follow up from a dealer. And in this experience they exceeded my expectations. Honest, sincere, priced reasonable, great quality and organized- this was a great experience and would use them again and again.Review fromTammy T

I called **** because I needed a building in my back yard. He built me a design, explained the process to me. Everything seemed real easy up to this point. Once I poured my concrete, I dealt with ******** at the factory, **** made that process easy also. We had a couple weather delays on the install but once the guys got here they did an amazing job on my project.Definitely a great experience all the way around.American Steel Buildings, LLC

I came across ASB when I was assisting a friend who was looking to build a multi-bay shop with office space. I reached out to ****** who was instrumental in asking pertinent questions and offering insight ultimately leading to my friend getting more of a building than he envisioned. ****** explained the process and remained in contact throughout it. This allowed for a near stress-free experience. Once the building was laid out, a deposit was placed and the engineered drawings were sent... very timely I may add. The permits were able to be pulled with those and once the site was ready the building was scheduled for install! Ahead of the time frame, we were originally told! If you are looking for dependable and helpful people to assist you with your building needs I would highly suggest ASB (American Steel Buildings). I was drawn to this company by their site images. Anytime I get to work with fellow Christians I will. When I called I had a building in mind already of what I was wanting, then Rex answered the phone and he was my building specialist guiding me ensuring I was getting the building I was in need of using his years of expertise in the business. Rex explained the process from start to finish and never made me feel I was putting him out as I called asking questions throughout the process. Thanks to his knowledge in asking the right questions and offering sound advice and suggestions I got everything plus more than I I was wanting! I would whole heartily recommend American Steel Buildings if you are in the market for a pole barn, garage, utility building or shop.American Steel Buildings, LLC

I worked with Robby J**** at American Steel Buildings. Highly recommended. Before ordering he sent me a detailed drawing of the building. Once we agreed on price I signed the contract (Docusign dealer), paid my deposit, It was our responsibility to get the permit and slab done. They provided the plans and slab specs. Once our site was ready, our building was delivered about five weeks later. The crew did a great job. It took about 2 days to install. I worked details out with ********************************, and things ************** from there. ****************** was amazing help, showing me plans that fit my expectations and then some little uncostly additions that could be added to make my garage perfect for what I wanted and could afford. I would 100% recommend this company, especially with ******'s help to anyone looking for a quality building at an affordable price. 5 Stars ?? all the way.American Steel Buildings, LLC

This company is full of c***. Good chance you will loose your deposit I did I was attempting to pour a slab of concrete and was getting many problems. So short end of it in my county there wasnt enough room for the structure. All thru this process I was keeping in touch with American still and they keep on saying dont worry if you cant get a belt you will get your refund back Wrong they came up with every excuse that you could think of tonight give me a refund. I even asked send me the value of the metal that I bought. At least I can look at something in the backyard. And they said no will keep this deposit in the future if you want to build another structure. Im currently consulting with a attorney!American Steel Buildings, LLC

I am sorry you are not wanting to complete the process of getting your building. There is a contract in place to protect the customer and us. It is a signed contract. We have never told a customer that the down payment is refundable if you decide not to go through with getting your permit or building. The down payment is never refundable. It clearly states that in the paperwork you signed. I understand you are upset at your county but please don't take it out on our company. We sell hundreds of buildings every month. As you can see we don't get many complaints because we do all we can to help customers. Like I told you last week, if you want a building in the future you can use that money toward it. The contract works both ways. I can't call you and say "I have decided not to install your building". This is a business transaction not a brother in law transaction. Please read your contract. Thanks BTW the only way you can forfeit your down payment is if you cancel your order...which you decided to do. To say we are "full of crap" is insulting and I don't appreciate it. Have a nice day ***!
