I am in the process of lodging a complaint with several bureaus, with my concerns with Dr. ****** of No Excuses Boutique, in ********** Groupon advertises her services, I must hold this company partly responsible. Mrs. ***** presents herself as a DOCTOR, to draw customers, yet she does not have any such license.Secondly, she has gone into my banking account without my knowledge on two different occasions for services she did not provide. I have spoken with her and she does not seem to keep a good record of her action, thus leaving me no other recourse but to take further action which will entail involving Groupon.Business response

Hello I am responding to the complaint that was filed against my business by a former client who was very disrespectful and is still upset with me telling him that I will not tolerate disrespect in my business from him the screenshots that he provided has nothing to do with the actual incident that took place through text messages that were sent dating back to December of 2021 I will gladly post them below
This client has continually tried to sabotage my business and my name starting with Groupon he posted a review that could lead to a lawsuit of defamation of character Groupon reviewed it and blocked him from being able to post and purchase and the reviews he posted were removed
This same client asked for a refund on services that had already been partially provided they were not finished because the client had to return back to his hometown where he lives he was told to make another appointment when he returned back to visit and he agreed over the time he became disrespectful when he was told that there are no refunds on services that have been started he disputed it with his bank the bank contacted me to send in proof of his signature signing off on the paperwork that stated no refunds and I as of that I have done so .
Every card purchase that is made each client is required to sign! There were no purchases made with him not signing he was aware of each purchase.
The information of what really took place is provided below the information of what ************* has provided has nothing to do with the actual incident that took place ; I had to let my assistant go because I found out that she was associating with him outside of my business saying that I didn't want to pay her which is a lie as well and I have documentation of each payroll payment never missed if that is needed please let me know
I also see that ************* stated I present myself as a doctor, my doctorate is in Religious Science.

I am rejecting this response because:
The Merchant is a fake medical doctor she has no degrees for a medical doctor she has alot of ppl loans and the proof I showed is she a thief and did not give me any services I paid for so I would like a refund of $300 in order for me to be satisfied I will take her to small claims court if she doesn't refund me my money and I will *** her for fraudlent activity and if you guys don't hold her responsible I will hold you guys responsible as well she will be hearing from my attorney if there no refund of $300 that she owes me

I am rejecting this ******** because:
Dr Amber ******** because she does not have a doctorian in what she now practicing as I thought and when I asked her her ******** was yes which led me to choose her services. There fore she is fraudently getting customers by mis leading them to believe she is a medical doctor. Plus she never gave me all the services I paid for and she stole money from me and my mom my mom also paid for services for her and she failed to give her the services she payed for also I already submitted evidence that here own employee that was working there at the time witness this and told her she did not give me all the services I paid for and that she went into my account and took money out and other customers that also complained about her for the same reason I would like for her to refund me my $300 because she broke her own contract and she also wasn't paying her employees which is why her employer name DD quit because she got tired of her getting over on clients and her and steeling from them and her.
