    Scam. Total rip off. And right before Christmas. $700 to tarp a roof? I hope they never scam anyone else. I would not recommend

    Hello Ms. ***** hope all is well I am sorry for the confusion. The charge was 700$ to tarp a roof that was awarded by the insurance company. That is the going rate for tarps in your area for that size of a tarp. To my understanding we were able to get paid by the insurance company for you to cover that bill. The tarp prevented your home from further leaking and we never asked you for your hard earned money to pay for it. Only what was owed to us by the insurance company. We only charge for the services that were provided that was signed and agreed to buy you in the start of the process. Hopefully you do see the true value in what we provided for you. Initially, your insurance company was not going to give you anything. However, we were able to change that for you. If you would kindly, please not mislead people on our services . We did what we said we would do nothing more nothing less, and we did not overcharge. Every transaction was transparent. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding. Hope you have a great year.
