    8/2021 Vehicle was taken to gerber for repairs. 11/2021 vehicle was given back to me with a check engine light and seatbelt light on because gerber said it items needed to finish repairs were back ordered "for a year because of covid" and that they would call me back in to finish the work. I have repeatedly tried to take it in myself to have gerber fix the issue, but we are on their 3rd manager ever since my repairs and they tell me that the engine light has nothing to do with the initial repairs and they will not fix it. I have already had to replace multiple items in the vehicle due to bad installation from gerber and their refusal to cooperate. I cannot even drive the vehicle because I have not passed emissions since receiving the vehicle in 2021.

    I looked into car ( i am new to this location)  looks like the srs seatbelt issue could have been related and this is now fixed, new seat belt ahs been replaced and srs light is off, may be due to bad prior part or defect,  we had outside mechanic look at car and he stats the vvt solenoids are sticking and this is common problem on this car/ motor

    this is not part of a front end accident or repairs performed by gerber collision
