  Casey has empowered me to be better than I thought I was capable of!! I am healthier, mentally, physically. I no longer hide my pain behind alcohol, Im off adderal, undoubtedly adding years to my life!!I have closed deals I would have never got!!The program is not for everyone, you must be driven to do the work required to heal yourself. Open to new ideas and approaches.For me it is ??????

  Casey and her team literally, not figuratively, saved my life. I was in a spot where I didn't care if I was gonna live or die. I felt broken inside and I didn't know how to make it better. I was miserable from the inside out. A little over a year later and I am so much happier!!! I've had many blessings come into my life in the last year. I've learned lots of things about myself, my trauma and my emotions. I've learned that I am important and worth it! If your on the fence, take the leap! You won't regret it!

  Women need to understand this is not a personalized program. You do all the work, so if you are seeking true one on one coaching this isnt for you. Only those who are very in tune with the universe and clearings and energy will be truly fed by what this offers. If you have all day to listen to podcasts, not in the presence of children though, and fill out ****** docs that help you clear your issues you should be fine. Definitely not what you think it is.

  Casey has a vibe that encourages and coaches other women to raise their level of all things in their lives spiritually, physically, financially, with family, and especially with loving yourSELF and taking care of yourSELF first so you can THEN take care of others. The more you love you - the more love you can then give to them! I didnt think like this before. The culture and belief I was raised in taught me so much self sacrifice that I have been so codependent. I am learning techniques and thought patterns from Casey that are already helping me to help myself AND others. I am now seeing that its like putting on the oxygen mask for myself before I can help love others around me instead of the other way around. I honestly like how shes so bold. I respect that she comes from a place of honesty and fierce energy with the goal of helping women recognize what they have inside themselves. It makes me stop to think to snap out of the scarcity mentality in a way I was never able to before. I appreciate her sharing her stories and her life and for being transparent. I find being in her group inspiring. I have already made major shifts in each area of my life setting me in the position to level up, and I attribute so much of that to her courses and her teachings. I look forward to reporting more and more growth as my mind is able to get rid of limiting beliefs with her help as never before. I was so scared (due to fear and anxiety and scarcity mentality) to make a financial sacrifice like this for myself. But, I told myself - I would pay this much for my childs dance competitions. Why not do something for me this time? (And she taught me to manifest the money)- I am a firm believer that when you sacrifice and put in the money and time to work on things - you reap benefits. I am already seeing this after a short time with Casey. I am so thankful to be a part of her inspiring group, and I look forward to leveling up more and more with her example and help.

  Casey is someone that encompasses the power that happens when mind, body, and soul work together as one. I love that it is customized to myself my goals every day provided tools and resources that make the difference! She is passionate, caring, and holds you accountable! Life changing and I highly recommend her!! ??????

  Casey is genuine. Shes the real deal when it comes to business coaching, personal fitness coaching and life coaching. Ive learned so much from her; how to heal my trauma from my past, how to hit my macros, how to train properly and mostly how to be the best version of me!

  Casey Shipps HotMomz program changed my life. All I wanted was a better body. Instead, I followed the program, did the work, and got a new me mind, body, and soul. This program is ******** and not easy, but nothing worth having comes easy and every single day that I saw progress made it easier to keep going. Simply putthis program works and Im so thankful for Casey. I highly recommend!

  Casey helped me heal! That was no small feat I have an autoimmune disorder and have now come off all meds. I learned how to have a healthy relationship with food, love myself, and heal. So thankful to have found her program.

  Im forever grateful for Caseys help in showing me the way to healing and now having the ability to look inward and master my emotions. What Ive learned in this program, I will be able to use the rest of my life. My expectations in joining this program have long surpassed what I thought I would be receiving my relationship with myself and all other relationships in my life are continuously improving. By far the most healing work Ive experienced in all my years of working with psychologists and other coaches.
