    My son (infant age) was in this daycare from the months of 08/2022 to 09/2022. This daycare did not follow state protocols of care for babies. I never got a daily report of my sons day at the daycare, they will always said they did not have time, every time I had a concern about his care they will dismiss me saying it is because I am a first time mom, they did not comply with his medicine schedule for his thrust, had two diapers rash while there (never addressed by them), ended his care one night at 8pm all of the sudden because we were complaining of my sons care, and refused to return us the money for the week when he had only be in their care one day. This daycare complained daily that my 5month old baby cry too much. I want them to return me my money for the last week of his care. And also, for the 1 month we paid in July that my son did not attend because we were out of town. The state has also been notified

    All of your accusations are false but we do understand that you are upset for how things turned out. But you wanted to break and go against all of our policies and state regulations from the state of Georgia.
    I have all the proof for this matter in the attached photos. ?Like always after several times I have explained to you that the medication has to stay at the front office and if it needs to go back home daily you must ask for it at pick up. We do have the video where we spoke to your husband where he admitted to his mistake and he agreed that there was a different medication in the bag.
    We also have the video when your husband picked up your childs things and him using bad/curse words in front of other parents and children at the daycare. The other family did not appreciate that and would be more than happy to speak with state about that. ?We also can file a complaint about because there were children present at that moment while he was using inappropriate language. The other family was very unhappy to hear him because their children were in the car next to them. Which is another video we would be more than happy to send to state.
    The medication was given the days you provided the medication to us. Then you got angry because you did not send the right medication, not updated the form. As well as sending his medication in his bag without letting anyone know. Which we do have the photo proof here attached. That it is a different medication that was sent into the classroom again and I have attached the message telling you not to repeat this violation again for the safety of other children. Then you proceeded to get upset because you knew what you had done was wrong and called us names and accused us of being lairs and being disrespectful to our staff and we do not tolerate these kinds of actions at our school. ?Because of your unhappiness here we asked you to leave the facility and then you got even more upset and accused us of ****** rashes that we supposedly did not report. We spoke with his teacher and she did not see any signs of diaper rashes the days you asked. ?I have attached the enrollment form with your signature and date in it of you agreeing that our tuition is not for our service but for holding your spot. So when you went on vacation you were well aware of that already. With the fact you submitted the payment in that week and came back the following week and were upset and wanted to make your own regulations at our Academy. We also have the attachment of you letting us know that you were on vacation.
    So that proves that you know our policies for tuition and that it is always due even if no attendance. ?Even on your last week of service that your child attended at our school and you were still unhappy because you did not like to follow our policies.
    We did not  charge you for the two weeks notice and we told you that you can leave without paying it. I have attached all the proof in the photos in this message saying that we were not communicating with you.
    But you can see the several messages and pictures that we update you with daily when he is here in these photos.
    But as you see in one of the messages that you asked us you are going to put the diary in his bag for his teacher can write you every small detail including, how many diapers changes and how many wet and B.M diapers, exact times for his naps and more. That you asked the teacher to sit down and write for you every single day. We explained to you we do not provide one on one care. Teachers need to care for the entire group at the same time. So we will update you as our policy said in the app (every two-three hours with pictures/notes/ messages) but yet again you were unhappy with the service.
    We really do not appreciate you hurting others businesses  and not taking the other children in our care in consideration.
    So in the end all the attachments show that all your accusations are false and go against state and our own policies in every incident. ?With all this information above and the enrollment form, tuition is always due and we also covered the two weeks notice payment. ?Hopefully you can understand that not everything works out the way you expect it.
    The rest of the videos we will submit to only state for them to handle it. Because it does not promote a good image by cussing to other families and children.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The director of this place has been hiding and lying about this whole situation. My husband and I never had used bad words/curse nor have been disrespectful to anyone in this facility. We would like to see copy of all the conversations we have had with them in the app. And also, recordings of our interactions with them in their building that claimed to support these allegations  as we stand firm that there are defamation and their claims are being said out of emotion. The day that my husband went to get my sons belongings, his words were as followed to the family there this is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealth with.   At which point, the director followed my husband outside and began to yell at him harassing him from afar as my husbands waved her off walking towards his car to not engage with her, at which he then said to hear you will be hearing from us soon (we would like also to see this video as proof. We have pictures of the rash my son had on the last day he was picked up with a time stamp and date. In addition, the rash was mentioned before you terminated my 6-month old son at 8pm at night because you did not like that I stood firm that my sons medication for Thrush was in his bag, which It actually was. They also try to change his medication schedule saying they were only able to give him his medication twice a day according to state regulation, which I confirm with the state they are to follow pediatricians prescription time as they are not medical proffesionals to give their own times. My husband was force to change a prescription form in order to match their desires instead of my sons health needs. I am a registered nurse and also a caregiver; I can tell you I would never treat my patients or their family members the way you have treated my son. Having a rash of this magnitude is unacceptable. He had to be taken to the urgent care. The records that we received through the app were never consistent as some days it will be pictures of him sleeping once, or eating once, and some other days not one single picture of him sleeping at all. According to the state representative I spoke with, I was to receive a daily log of how many times my son was change, bottle times, nap times, and how many wet/bm diapers he had. Never received this. Would like to see videos on how many times he was change daily as I can assure you, you cannot prove that he has change every 2 hour as the state indicated. The grounds for termination were wrongful and did not take into consideration our jobs and our infants care the following day. They did it because I questioned their integrity as a care center. When I shared my complaints about them not wanting to give my son his thrush medicine and his diaper rash, their response was in capitalization emphasizing what they had not found it which was not true, then my response was in capitalization also matching their response which they took as rude and disrespectful. And if a capitalization conversation is rude and disrespectful to the staff, their message was as disrespectful and rude to us, (the clients paying for a service). We do not believe this is a safe place for care for  babies that required diaper changes and attention as they are still new to this world. We want to make sure other parents do not go through this hardship we have been through due to the lack of care. We will not stop until the truth is out and this center receives penalties for their actions against a 6-month old baby. This center has had several issues with parents as they sent messages every 2 weeks having to address the rest of the parents about it as they receive accusations about their lack of care on ****** reviews as well. This is not a center that should be open, specially serving infants.

    No one can make everyone happy in any kind of business or services, especially the ones that do not want to follow the policies and procedures in any business.
