I was scheduled with Spirit Logistics to have a washing machine installed. The installer installed the machine incorrectly. I called this company back and scheduled for them to return to fix the installation error. They scheduled the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the installer did not show up. I called Spirit Logistic and they told me that the installer was finishing up a job and heading to me next. The installer never showed up or called to reschedule. This was on a Friday. I called Spirit Logistic on Monday and they said that their systems showed that the installer completed the appointment. The installer did not show up. They said I could reschedule the appointment. This has left me without a properly working machine for three weeks. This is unacceptable. At this point, I do not feel comfortable having this company send this installer back to my home. Washer dryer combo delivery on sept 20 2024. Was intimidated and cussed at in my home using The Lords names in vain at least 6 times damaged walls flooring counters. I ordered a new washer from Lowes. It was delivered and installed by Spirit Logistics. After the 3rd load of laundry, we noticed water coming through our hardwood. We called ************************************** which inspected the situation. They advised the washer was improperly connected. I have attempted to file claims with Lowes and Spirit Logistics. Floor damage when delivering a refrigerator we purchased from Lowes. We filed a claim and they have come up with every excuse to deny and delay. They then sent an employee to my husband's place of business to identify the delivery guy and when my husband did intentify him, he told us they never paid him for our delivery. I thought that meant spirit would now do something. We were then contacted by ***** ***** with spirit who asked for photos of the delivery path, which we provided. Then we never heard from her again and that was over a month ago. I emailed her one last time almost a week ago, and no response. This company has an F rating with the BBB and they have 1.4 stars out of 135 reviews on ******* It's like dealing with a 3rd world company. How do people get away with this?Initial Complaint

On September 04, 2024, I bought a side-by-side refrigerator from Lowes store located at ************************************************************************************. ****** offered to get their third-party delivery to deliver it for a fee. I paid for the delivery of this refrigerator to my residence at *********************************************************. Unfortunately, the delivery staff, contracted by ******, caused significant damage to my floor during the delivery process on September 07, 2024. I had to call out from work to accommodate the floor repair person for the estimates resulting to lost wages. Lowes delivery service spirit logistics failed to come pick up my old oven after I purchased a new one and paid to have someone install it. They were supposed to come between 4-8 pm but the driver refused to honor the delivery because he finished up early and wanted to go home. He hung up in my face and went home. The manager at ***** tried to call his as well, and he hung up in his face as well. This has put such a terrible hardship on me and it has runied my holidays. I have a giant old oven range and big appliance box blocking up my kitchen for over a week now so I can't use it for the holidays after spending a thousand dollars to install a new stove. The lady on the phone at Spirit had the nerve to ask me to haul it outside of my house myself, or go get a group of neighbors to do it for them! In the rain! Apparently to leave it out there as an eye sore for my neighborhood to see until they feel like come picking it up in another week! I will NOT be dragging a large stove and box out of my house and hurt my back when I paid Lowes to do it via Spirit logistics. 8 calls have all resulted in being told a manager will call me back and they have not. I don't even think Lowes can get through to them. I will think long and hard ordering something from them again. Spirit logistics doesn't deserve to be in business. The corporate contact number is a dummy line, it goes to voicemail only or hangs up on you. There is NO way to reach them. I've sent emails as well. I have gone to Lowes and told them they can bring managers to my home in a truck and haul out the old stove and box themselves. If they do not I am contacting our local news media and filing a police report for theft and breach of contract, paid 50$ to have both removed and have the confirmations as such. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with ANYONE who uses spirit logistics or you will regret your decision and be miserable like we are!Initial Complaint

Contractor came to install an anti-tip bracket that was not installed on delivery of a new stove. I called to reschedule a contractor to come out and finish the job.When they installed the bracket, they cracked my floor.They said they would repair the floor or give me a refund to have someone else do it.The contractor called me and told me if he installed it, it would crack again.I told him I would rather have a professional install it. The reason it cracked was because they didnt pilot drill the hole before installing the bracket. If he had installed it properly it would not have cracked.I asked them to please pay for the lowest quote. $150. I received multiple quotes ranging from $150-$500.I received a letter in the mail said they are no longer responsible for the damage because of lack of proof team caused the damage.Their contractor took a picture of the damage on the day of install.Initial Complaint

Spirit logistics is the company i am complaining about and it is a third party co tracing company ***** home improvement use to deliver their products . Today I had a fridge to be delivered to me today paid it in full cash . Waited for 3 hrs within the window , it was raining and the driver called and aked did i want to reschedule i advise to the driver come to my home and I didn't want to because I have a carport that leads to the sunroof and the sunroof goes right to my kitchen he then came to my house , didn't back under the car port and he then gets out the truck loom around my yard take a photo hop back into the company truck and drive out of my yard i then called the driver and let him know that he has my fridge and I'll call the police he then told me to call the police and disconnected the line
