1 starI had a root canal done at Aspen Dental in *******, **. on 3/1/24. At my initial appointment on 2/22/24 I paid them $287.00. About a month or so after my 2nd appointment I received a bill for $188.00, then about another month another bill came for $299.00. I tried to talk to Aspen but they refused to discuss the bill with me. I contacted my insurance company about it and they said I did not owe the $299.00. I have been working with my insurance company for over a year now with no change in Aspen's billing. They finally told my insurance company that I signed an agreement and that I owed the money. They heard nothing else from Aspen. Aspen was in my insurance's network therefore they were obligated to abide by my insurance's assessment of what I owed. Aspen has now turned me over to collections. I am a senior on a fixed income with ********. I hate that they could be doing this to other people. It isn't right.Review fromChristina J

1 starThe ONLY reason why we went here is because my mother was in excruciating pain and this was the the only dentist in her area that took her insurance. We started off pretty well there. took out a $3,000 care credit loan (that I paid off in FULL by the way) that I was told would cover everything with her insurance. Now they are saying we owe more money! They HAVE NOT returned any of my phone calls. They keep telling me different things. They have way to many technicians working on your mouth making it feel like a run down free ********** got dentures, The dentist said he would make it so she can eat again. I can't trust them anymore.I feel horrible. I literally wanted to cry. I'm the one who suggested that she go there because I thought the one we wanted her to go to (****** Dental) was too expensive (But ****** has GREAT SERVICE), but after I paid off the loan, they are still saying we owe more money to get the other part part of her dentures. I'm pulling her out and going to ****** Dental.Review fromSusan T

1 starwas told had to pay over $200 to get a deep cleaning before they would do any work on my teeth. I needed a chip bonded on my front tooth that had nothing to do with my gums, but they refused to do anything until i had a deep cleaning. They did the same exact thing to a coworker of mine. They are just out for money and not your care. If i could give negative stars I wouldReview fromKaren G

2 starsMy appointment was scheduled at 3pm on 2/20/25 at Aspen Dental . I arrived at 2:30 I knew that I would go back before my appointment but at 3:00-3:20 other patients are checking in . Not sure how appointment work at a dental office but there were six people went back before I did. I spoke to the front desk receptionist and they said they just back for ********* would be going back very soon. The My appointment was at 3pm and still havent been back yet and it is 4:00pm i finally went back at 4:13 pm . Overall no work was not done to my teeth or gums . I believe there is miscommunication between scheduling on line & and scheduling appointment through Aspen dental office in *************. So my review of Aspen Dental is Dissatisfied. With ******************************* is not organized & there is no communication through office staff. I will not recommend Aspen dental to my family or friends Sincerely ****** ********Review fromR. D

1 starUntil today we have had no issues whatsoever with Aspen dental. We have used their practice in ************ and in *******. Our current issue with the aspen dental in ********** is that my husband had bridgework done in 2023, among other services and intensive dental cleaning. No issues. Yesterday my husbands bridgework broke, and we visited an aspen dental in *******. We were told the bridgework would have to be replaced. Dental insurance however will not cover it, because you can only get the same location bridgework done once every 5 years, because this service should apparently last at least 10 years. So we contacted the ********** location to see if they had a warranty, and they do but because :1. We were never told about the warranty, and we were never told that he had to have continued dental care as well as intensive teeth cleaning yearly for the warranty to be honored. 2. So, they wont honor their product. They will however replace the bridgework, for a lovely some of just under $4,000.Review fromJennifer D

Worst dental place. Located in ************* pa the front desk lady show nothing but rude attitude whenever you talk to her. They are listed as 24hours and 7 days a week, which they are not. They had my birthday in wrong even though I asked 2 times for them to change it. They kept sending my prescription to the wrong the pharmacy. I wish I would have reviewed this comments before I went.. I don't understand how this place is till operating.Aspen Dental

1 starWhen I made my New Patient appointment over the phone, I made it clear that I was only interested in a basic cleaning. I was told over the phone that I would have x-rays done, and the cleaning in the same day. I went into Aspen Dental thinking I was going to get x rays and a cleaning that same day. They took a million x-rays of my teeth and was about to take more x-rays of my gums, only to be told that they wouldnt have time to give me a cleaning that day, that I would have to make another appointment to come back for a cleaning another day. I was quite upset and I walked out before they could do more x rays on my gums because I really wanted my cleaning done that day, which is what most Dentists will do regardless whether they take x-rays the same day or not. Aspen Dental is only interest in getting you in their office as many times as possible so they can make as much money as possible. I am VERY dissatisfied with Aspen Dental and I will NEVER go back to them. I am going to tell EVERYONE i know not to go to them either.Review fromVictrie C

Unprofessional, rushed, and expensive. Set up financing and an auto debit payment plan through ***. After paying for a year with auto pay, Aspen Dental turned me into a collection agency!Aspen Dental
