    I have sent things in for payment two different times and each time they tell me something's missing , when I double checked everything I sent and everything was there. Somebody there is taking items and I will never use their company again. Beware if you use this company. There are other companies out there that I will use next time.

    They offer low pay for items. I sent them anyway. My DVDs were all either new or used once. Some I had to take off the wrapper. about 10% were kept and not compensated for because of "damaged artwork." They were basically new. **************** was useless and didn't care. It is a scam.

    Declutter has started to devalue anything that you sent to him. They have updated their algorithms to reflect less money on items you send to them, if you send anything to them CDs DVDs expect to get paid for your items and the valued within four weeks if youre lucky sometimes, they sell items at extremely high prices. But the value if something is sent to them they are not trustworthy. The business is not very good buyer beware seller beware.

    I have a sinking feeling I will not be paid the $40 for the 150 cds/dvds/Blu-rays/game disks I sent. It was my first time using decluttr, and I am outside the time frame of one business day for payment. After submitting a scathing (internal) review, the app and website no longer functions for me. Clicking "When do I get paid" and all other links related to my buyback results in a 404 error. There is no reason to contact them, as the majority of the agents only send canned gaslighting responses which do nothing to address the issue and seem to purposely ignore the request. The website advertises a 5 star rating with BBB, which led me to feel better about doing business with them. ????I should have taken the time to come over here and look. Watch their response, you'll see canned advice about clearing cookies or some such thing. Exactly zero responses own to making or the possibility of making a mistake. I'm feeling bad about making this dumb uninformed decision.

    This company gave me AirPods with someone elses iCloud and find my still attached. I asked To return the item, and right after I shipped It back for repair they sent me an iPhone instead and stated I sent The wrong item. It has now been 2 weeks and a headache reaching out via email only. I now have a random persons iPhone and not sure what to do with it, meanwhile I will Likely never see the AirPods I spent Over $100 on again. This company is the absolute worst I would never recommend making any purchases through their website.

    I see a whole lot of negative feedback on here and I just want to say that I will not be joining that crowd. I ordered a dvd thru Amazon from DeCluttr and it came when it was promised and everything that was supposed to be in it was there. I am very happy with my experience. Pass this on to the company. Satisfied customer right here.

    I would have selected 0stars but it didnt give me that option. In November I sent my iPhone to this company I sent them my banking statements for 3months as they requested I still havent received the money for the iPhone .i keep going around with them through email theres not a number to talk to someone . So Im going to reach out to attorney that can help me . Belladucet

    This was my first time using Decluttr and everything went SO WELL with the DVDs I sent in...I'm going to do it again with my CDs!!!Their mobile app makes it EASY to scan in the barcodes to determine the item's value. Then, once you've finalized your order, an email is sent which allows you to download their pre-paid shipping label. If you need more labels, you can print as many as you need.Tracking via *** was a snap...I was alerted when they received my box (via email and in my account on their website) which was on Saturday, 1/6/24.By this morning, Monday the 8th, PayPal alerted me that the money was in my account.As I said at the top, everything went well...smooth and quick...all processes from start to finish.All companies make mistakes. I know...I've worked for a few of them. But, I'm convinced that a majority of the complaints about Decluttr have more to do with the customers than the company.I'm looking forward to doing business with Decluttr again!!

    I ordered a DVD offered by Decluttr through ******** I received the wrong item the first time so I returned it and was issued a refund. I ordered the same DVD the same way and received the wrong DVD again.I contacted the seller and left feedback on the ******* website, but all I got was a generic email response from this company to return the item. There was no attempt to try to communicate the issue personally. I also utilized the Chat option on Decluttr's website, ********** couldn't even expedite my request as they can't seem to find the order number on the system. I reached out again through the Chat option. ******** couldn't even provide me with the contact information of the person in charge. All he can say is, they are a third-party seller. If I have a choice, I don't want the refund, I rather have the item I paid for.The shipment department needs to do better. The customer service department needs to do better. This company failed me, I will try my best not to order from this company again.

    Ordered CDs that never came. When I asked for a refund for the CDs they never sent they said I had to return the CDs that I never got.
